MCBU MA Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission

Candidates who want to get admitted to MCBU, Chhatarpur, should make sure that they are fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the course they wish to pursue. The application can be done online. The application is available online on the university website (mcbu.mponline.gov.in). The offline procedure can also be followed. Eligible students can collect the application form through the MCBU admission office by visiting the campus after the payment of the application fee. Follow the below application procedure for admission to MCBU:

Step 1.1: Visit the admission portal of Maharaja Chhatrasal University: mcbu.mponline.gov.in/#

Step 1.2: Register and log in as a new student by entering the name, email, and other required details.

Step 1.3: Scanned photograph & signature should be uploaded in a specific format

Step 1.4: The registration fee is INR 200 for General and INR 100 for SC/ST category students. The portal fee for all the students is INR 150.

Step 1.5: After successful application, candidates are advised to print out the application form, and also check the entered details such as name, qualification etc.

Step 2: Shortlisting of Candidates

The university shortlists students based on their performance in the previous qualifying examination (graduation). However, for some programmes, candidates might be required to appear for the counselling round at MCBU.

Step 3: Documents Verification

Admission will be offered after the verification of the past academic record certificate along with the admission MCBU fee. Additionally, the MCBU MA fees range from INR 3,000 to INR 15,000.
