Yes, Manipur University is under CUET. The University offers over 610 courses across 13 streams namely Commerce, Management, Law, Science, Mass Communication, Humanities and Social Sciences, Engineering, and Arts, etc. University in uses the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate admissions.  The university offers admissions on the basis of both merit score and entrance exam score. Yes, Manipur University does offers scholarships for its BSc course. Manipur University Scholarships are awarded to students from the 3rd Semester onwards who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Students must have passed the 1st and 2nd Semester Examinations without any back papers and must have secured not less than 50%.
• Students whose parents’ income does not exceed INR 60,000 per annum are eligible to apply.
• Students whose parents are employees of Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Pensioners will not be considered for this benefit.

Yeah like other colleges this college also provides scholarships but there are restrictions like 

1. If in your house there is a government employee then you are not eligible for applying the scholarship.
2. The family's annual income should not be more than 6 Lakhs.
3. If you have any back papers in 1st and 2nd semester or if you get less than 50% in any of the subjects then you are not eligible for applying for the scholarship.

If you don't have any of the above points then you are eligible for applying this scholarship.
