Most of the companies start the placement process with a pre-placement talk that describes the job profile, the company's vision and the services provided by them. Students are advised to attend the PPT for the desired company as it is the base step of preparation for that particular company. Thereafter, prepare a decent resume highlighting your skills, academic background, and extra-curricular details. The most important step of the placement interview is the test conducted by the interviewer. Students should well prepare the Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Quantitative Awareness topics. Alongside this, prepare the basics of the core subject, depending upon the branch they are studying in. To excel in the GD round, try to initiate first and listen carefully to the point put forward by the other members.

Your academic standing, results on the entrance exam, and other qualifying requirements are usually among the many variables that determine your admission to MIT College of Management (MITCOM). Candidates must take entrance tests such as the MH-CET, CAT, XAT, MAT, or CMAT in order to be admitted to MITCOM's MBA program. Your chances of being nominated will depend on how well you perform on any of these tests. Your academic history and the results of your entrance exam may determine MITCOM's cutoff.Although a 70% grade in your prior coursework may be sufficient to meet the eligibility requirements, the final selection process also includes a written ability test (WAT), a personal interview (PI), and a group discussion (GD). Additionally, applicants are more likely to get admitted if they have relevant work experience or a great entrance exam score.
