Admission at Nagaland University is merit-based only. You need good score in NEET exam like if you belong to general category your marks should be around 618 and for obc category marks should be around 612  and for sc and st category, your marks should be around 514 marks and 469 marks.

I do not think so that education fee of Nagaland university is too high. It has nominal fees like any other college. The average fees of Nagaland university is around INR 22500 per year. The admission fee for BA, B.Com, BBA, and BCA programs is INR 5,000, which must be paid immediately after the admission decision is announced. The LLM fee is around INR 37,000. 

After comparing both universities, ICFAI University has poor placement as compared to Nagaland University. Last year only 20%  of students of ICFAI University had got placement whereas in Nagaland University the highest package was 13 lakh per annum and the average was 4.5 Lakh per annum which is quite good as compared to other colleges of Nagaland. So, go with Nagaland University in terms of placement.
