Navrachana University BSc Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission Process, Scholarships

Candidates willing to pursue a BSc (Hons) at Navrachana University can apply for admission in online mode. The university accepts online registrations for admission through its official website. Candidates must visit the university's official website when the admission window is open. They must click on 'Apply now' displayed on the homepage. On the redirected page, they can fill out the registration form. While doing so, they must select their desired BSc specialisations. The application process is incomplete without submitting the prescribed application fee. 

To secure admission at Navrachana University for BSc (Hons), aspirants must begin with the online registration process. The process is conducted on the university's official website. After the registration/ application process, the university shortlists eligible candidates for further selection rounds. The admission is granted to applicants for various BSc (Hons) specialisations based on all or some of the following selection parameters, depending on the choice of specialisation:

• Class 12 merit
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Interaction with the admissions team

No, candidates willing to take admission to the BSc (Hons) course at Navrachana University are not required to appear for any entrance exam. The admission to the BSc programmes is primarily merit-based. After shortlisting the candidates based on their Class 12 merit, the university calls them for a personal interaction with the admission team. For some specialisations, candidates are also required to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP). Further, they must ensure fulfilling the preset eligibility criteria.

Navrachana University provides Merit-cum-Need Scholarships to BSc students who have scored a minimum of 70% in Class 12. Further, their family's combined income should not exceed INR 8 LPA. The amount of scholarship offered against various income slabs are presented in the table below:

*Scholarship will be renewed every year provided the student maintains CGPA of 7 out of 10.

Navrachana University offers Merit Scholarships to UG students based on their Class 12 merit. The scholarships are offered in the form of tuition fee waivers on a first-come, first-served basis. The percentage of tuition fee waiver provided to UG students based on their Class 12 is as follows:

• 90% and above in Class 12:  100% Scholarship
• 85% and above in Class 12:  50% Scholarship
• 80% and above in Class 12:  25% Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to one student per UG programme (in each of the three categories).

Candidates willing to avail of the Merit-cum-Need Scholarships at Navrachana University must visit the university's Administration section with documents specified by the university. The applications for scholarships are processed after the admission to the respective programmes have been finalised. The documents required during to apply for the scholarship are as follows:

• Passport size photograph
• Copy of Class 12 mark sheet/ UG grade sheets
• In case of Service (All Documents are Mandatory): Copy of Parent's IT Return with Acknowledge, Computation and Full Schedules (last 3 years), Copy of Form 16 (Last 3 years), Copy of Bank Statement where salary is credited (last 1 year)
• In case of Business (All Documents are Mandatory): Copy of Parent's IT Return with Acknowledgement, Computation and Full Schedules of the last 3 years, Copy of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements (last 3 years), Copy of Bank Statement of the Business (last 1 year)
• the latest Colour Photographs of Residence (front & side view from the outside, all room-view from the inside)
• Copy of last three Electricity bills

Scholarships will be awarded after complete scrutiny of documents listed above, subject to the approval by the Financial Aid Committee. In case of incomplete or insufficient documents, the scholarship will be awarded as per committee's decision.
