Navrachana University offers a scholarship to a high scholarship record and in need of financial assistance. The scholarship is offered as part of the tuition fee to students whose family's combined income does not exceed INR 8 LPA and have scored a minimum 70% in HSC for UG programmes or 7 CGPA in UG level for PG programmes. Merit Scholarship
The scholarships will be awarded to one students as per UG programme in each category prior to enrollment. Students fulfill the eligibility criteria available as per the desired course.
Class 12th Board Percentage and Tution Fee Waiver
- 90% and above: 100% Scholarship
- 85% and above: 50% Scholarship
- 80% and above: 25% Scholarship
Postgraduate Programme: The scholarship is offered to the PG students in each category prior to enrollment, subject to fulfillment to eligibility criteria and avlability.
PG Programme CGPA and Tution Fee Waiver
- CGPA 8.5 and above: 50% Scholarship
- CGPA 8.0 and above: 25% Scholarship
Hostel Scholarship
The institute opffers merit-based or merit-cum-need scholarship and receive a 10% scholarship on hostel accommodation fees. It is benefit for the addition to the tution fee waiver.
Candidates willing to avail of the Merit-cum-Need Scholarships at Navrachana University must visit the university's Administration section with documents specified by the university. The applications for scholarships are processed after the admission to the respective programmes have been finalised. The documents required during to apply for the scholarship are as follows:
- Passport size photograph
- Copy of Class 12 mark sheet/ UG grade sheets
- In case of Service (All Documents are Mandatory): Copy of Parent's IT Return with Acknowledge, Computation and Full Schedules (last 3 years), Copy of Form 16 (Last 3 years), Copy of Bank Statement where salary is credited (last 1 year)
- In case of Business (All Documents are Mandatory): Copy of Parent's IT Return with Acknowledgement, Computation and Full Schedules of the last 3 years, Copy of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements (last 3 years), Copy of Bank Statement of the Business (last 1 year)
- the latest Colour Photographs of Residence (front & side view from the outside, all room-view from the inside)
- Copy of last three Electricity bills
Scholarships will be awarded after complete scrutiny of documents listed above, subject to the approval by the Financial Aid Committee. In case of incomplete or insufficient documents, the scholarship will be awarded as per committee's decision.
Navrachana University offers Merit Scholarships to UG students based on their Class 12 merit. The scholarships are offered in the form of tuition fee waivers on a first-come, first-served basis. The percentage of tuition fee waiver provided to UG students based on their Class 12 is as follows:
- 90% and above in Class 12: 100% Scholarship
- 85% and above in Class 12: 50% Scholarship
- 80% and above in Class 12: 25% Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to one student per UG programme (in each of the three categories).
Navrachana University has affordable fee strcture as compared to other institutes. The fee structure of the programme ranges between INR 60,000- INR 7 lakh.
