Navrachana University Ph.D. Courses & Fees 2026

As per AICTE public notice depicted, universities do not have to take AICTE approval, but have to be compliant to their norms and the same has been done by NUV as certified by UGC.

Candidates willing to avail of the Merit-cum-Need Scholarships at Navrachana University must visit the university's Administration section with documents specified by the university. The applications for scholarships are processed after the admission to the respective programmes have been finalised. The documents required during to apply for the scholarship are as follows:

• Passport size photograph
• Copy of Class 12 mark sheet/ UG grade sheets
• In case of Service (All Documents are Mandatory): Copy of Parent's IT Return with Acknowledge, Computation and Full Schedules (last 3 years), Copy of Form 16 (Last 3 years), Copy of Bank Statement where salary is credited (last 1 year)
• In case of Business (All Documents are Mandatory): Copy of Parent's IT Return with Acknowledgement, Computation and Full Schedules of the last 3 years, Copy of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements (last 3 years), Copy of Bank Statement of the Business (last 1 year)
• the latest Colour Photographs of Residence (front & side view from the outside, all room-view from the inside)
• Copy of last three Electricity bills

Scholarships will be awarded after complete scrutiny of documents listed above, subject to the approval by the Financial Aid Committee. In case of incomplete or insufficient documents, the scholarship will be awarded as per committee's decision.

Candidates must submit a fee of Rs 1,000 at the time of filling the application form online on the official website of Navrachana University.

Navrachana University has affordable fee strcture as compared to other institutes. The fee structure of the programme ranges between INR 60,000- INR 7 lakh. The fee structure includes tuition, security deposit, and hostel fee. Certain fee elements are one-time payments to be made at the time of Navrachana University admission, whereas others are recurring as per the norms of the institution fee policy.
