Sure but BMS is no. 3 and PESIT is 4, but the placements of PESIT are done along with that of PESU and the campus has same advantages so you get placement with No. 1. Go for CS in PESU else, stick with EC in PESU, if you are getting BMS for CS

You will not get top branches but sure, you can go for a lower one and put good efforts to get an upgrade of dual specialisation course and get EC/CS then.

Yes, PES University-Bangalore (PESU) accepts 10% of total admission through JEE score also so you can apply for this college in B.Arch from JEE Mains Paper 2 score.

Yes, there is an entrance exam to enter B.Tech after diploma i.e. CET . Students must qualify the exam to enter B.Tech with Scholarship. And, if you won't appear for the exam, you'll not eligible to get Scholarship/ fee reimbursement advantage
