The registration for NATA -2025 was from 3 February,2025 .Exams were conducted from March to June ,2025 for first year admission of 5 year B.Arch Degree program.PGETA entrance exam is conducted for admission to Masters in architecture . For 2025, Exam were conducted on May 04, May 25 and June 15 ,2025 for 2 year postgraduate programmes .

* Appearing in all the subjects in MHT-CET and obtaining a non-zero score or obtaining a valid score in JEE Main (B.E/B.Tech).
* Passing Diploma Course in Engg. and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks for backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in an appropriate branch of Engg. and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.

To apply for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) at Pillai College of Architecture, candidates must be Indian nationals, have passed HSC or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate. Alternatively, they can have passed (10+3) Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. Additionally, candidates need to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or "NATA" conducted by the Council of Architecture.
