You do not require to have studied Legal Studies in Class 12th for applying in CUET 2023, it is one subject that candidates have to select in the application form, so that they can apply for BA LLB/ LLB courses offered at the participating universities during the counselling process. The question paper will carry legal studies as one of the section and, on qualifying the section, candidates will be eligible for admissions to law courses. Class 12 students with any stream, even without legal studies can apply.
