Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma.) - Batch of 2025
Offered by Sri Balaji College of Pharmacy
5.0
A short headline that summarizes this college absolutely because of the faculty and good placement.
Placements: In our batch, 70 to 75 percent of students are placed successfully. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA while the lowest is about 3 LPA. The average package stood close to 5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and some core companies, depending on the branch. Around 60% of students also got internship opportunities in reputed firms, which helped in building practical exposure. The top roles offered were software engineer, data analyst, business associate, and some core technical roles. Overall, placement support was good, and the training sessions conducted by the placement cell really helped us prepare.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good, with well maintained classrooms, spacious labs, high speed Wi-Fi, and a library that has enough resources for students. The hostel facilities are also decent, with clean rooms and proper water and electricity supply. The mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen provides a variety of snacks at reasonable prices. Medical facilities are available on campus, and sports grounds are well maintained, giving students a chance to take part in outdoor as well as indoor games. Overall, the infrastructure supports both academic and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Good placements with supportive faculty and well maintained infrastructure. Great learning environment with decent hostel facilities and campus life. College provides good opportunities, helpful teachers, and strong placement support. Well equipped labs, qualified faculty, and satisfactory placement record. Balanced college experience with academics, infrastructure, and placements.

Infrastructure: The D. Pharmacy department has Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, labs, and a library. The hostel offers clean rooms, 24/7 medical aid, sports facilities, and a gym. The mess food is hygienic with veg/non-veg options, and the canteen serves snacks and meals.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, supportive, and explain concepts clearly. The curriculum is updated, practical, and industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderate, focusing on understanding. The pass percentage remains high at around 85-90%, ensuring most students clear comfortably.
Other: I chose D. Pharmacy to build a career in healthcare. The best part is practical learning, labs, and pharma exposure. Improvement is needed in research and internships. The campus has fests, a vibrant crowd, sports facilities, scholarships, and good connectivity.

“Good college with supportive faculty and helpful emvironment.”
Placements: Almost 75% of students from my batch got placed through campus placements. The highest package offered was around 6 LPA, the lowest was 2.5 LPA, and the average package was about 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters included Apollo Hospital, Fortis, government medical centres, and leading pharma companies. Around 60% of students got internships in reputed hospitals and labs. The top roles offered were staff nurse, clinical researcher, pharmacist, and medical lab assistant.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure with modern labs, spacious classrooms, and a well-maintained library that has all the necessary pharmacy books and journals. Wi-Fi facility is available across the campus. Hostel rooms are clean and properly managed with 24/7 water and electricity supply. The mess food is average but hygienic and affordable. Medical facilities are also provided on campus, and regular health check-ups are available. Students also get opportunities to play sports and take part in cultural activities, which makes the overall environment balanced and student-friendly.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are highly qualified, supportive, and always ready to guide the students. Their teaching methods are simple, and the curriculum is well-structured and industry-oriented, which helps in building strong fundamentals in pharmacy and healthcare. The syllabus covers both theory and practical aspects, which makes students ready for real industry challenges. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but if you attend classes regularly and study properly, it is not hard to pass. The pass percentage in our batch was quite good, as most students cleared exams on the first attempt.
Other: I chose this course because it has a good career scope in the medical and pharma fields. The best thing is the practical exposure and supportive teachers. The college also organizes events and activities, which make student life better.

    College is good in teaching.
Placements: The highest percentage of students in the college is a minimum of 70% who are placed in the popular companies and get a minimum Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month salary. The companies should be given the job of assessing the student's knowledge and their qualifications.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good and all facilities are available like Wi Fi labs classrooms library and also the food facilities in the canteen. In the college mess canteen medical facilities and sports and games are also included.
Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable qualified and also experienced in the teaching field. The teachers also provide the best knowledge and motivate students about future scope. The passing marks of the students in the diploma are 40/100 in each subject, these students will pass. Teachers and their teaching experience are very helpful and good.
Other: The college is very good.

    Real review of students.
Placements: There were 60 students in the classroom, and the highest package offered by pharmaceutical companies was between 1.2 LPA and 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Apollo Pharmacy and SBL Private Limited. And 50% of students got internships from courses in many companies. The major roles offered in the course were marketing, salesman, and pharmacist in pharmacies and medical stores.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was quite old and not working well. Many classrooms did not have projectors or blackboards, and the library did not contain a sufficient quantity of books. The college did not provide any kind of hostel facility, and there were no facilities for medical services, sports, or games. There was a canteen on the college campus, but it did not offer a variety of food.
Faculty: Some faculty members were very good, professional, and experienced. They had a lot of knowledge in their field of education. The courses were easy, and the curriculum for the course was important, making the students ready for the real world. The semester exams were not difficult, and 90% of students easily qualified for exams. Faculty members were not very responsive.
Other: I chose this course because it could be done in less time than other courses related to this field. You could easily set up a business and be eligible for a job in this field. The main thing was to prove your skills through practical work, just as much as theoretical knowledge. The college hosted events annually and some extracurricular activities.

It has top-tier placements, lackluster academics, stellar facilities, and mediocre faculty members.
Placements: From this institute, above 90% of students successfully got jobs in the medical field. If we are doing a diploma in pharmacy from this institute, it means we get an opportunity to work in the medical field. After completion of a diploma in pharmacy, students can open a pharmacy shop or work in a government or private hospital.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in this institute like the library and labs. Classrooms are very good and chairs are comfortable for sitting & reading. The institute has its own hostel, mess and a canteen. The institute also has a ground for playing games.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly. They are highly qualified in their professions. If a student is present regularly in class to do studies, then exams are not difficult in this college. The pass percentage is a minimum of 40%.
Other: In the institute, they conduct events, fests, and extracurricular activities.

    My College Reviews.
Placements: Several companies come in my college, like Sun Pharmaceutical, Cipla, Mankind Pharma, etc. They provide good placement for students. My course makes me a good pharmacist. But the interest of students in placement is very low, and they choose their own business or future study.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is very good. The theory classes' conditions are very good, and the library is very good. The environment of the library and the sitting arrangement is better. The sitting arrangement in classes is very good, and the seminar hall is amazing.
Faculty: The faculty's behavior is very good with students. They provide knowledgeable information to the students and also help students. The minimum qualification in my college for teaching is B. Pharmacy qualified. The teaching quality is very nice, and the teaching style is also good. My college conducts three sessional exams in a year, and the standard of the exams is very good. The faculty deeply takes the exam.
