Sandip University BTech programme is not available through direct admission, given the eligibility criteria which requires valid scores for merit and entrance. Admission to any of the specialisations of BTech requires a valid JEE Main score. Therefore, candidates must meet the cutoff list of JEE Main and qualify through merit for the admission process further on.
In order to get admission at Sandip University, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. For UG course, students must pass Class 12 and for Pg course, candidates must compelete graduation. Sandip University Madhubani is not very difficult to get admission at. The University gives admission based on merit and entrance. Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12 and qualify from PUC/ ISC/ CBSE or any equivalent board exam. Sandip University Sijoul considers valid entrance exam scores of JEE Main for BTech and CAT/ MAT/ SAT/ GMAT/ EMAT for MBA. The shortlisted candidates further qualify for group discussion and personal interview which becomes the final criteria for admission.

Some components are covered in one-time fees and some are covered in semester-wise fees that are to be paid during and after admission to any course.
Sandip University, Bihar provides financial relaxation through the scholarships offered based on the eligibility of merit and sports. The University offers a relaxation in tuition fees by the range of 25% to 100%. Candidates securing 70% to 79.99% and above in the qualification exam are eligible for a 25% waiver in the tuition fees. Similarly, candidates securing 75% to 79.99% or above in the qualification exam are eligible for 50% waiver in tuition fees. For a 100% waive off in tuition fees, candidates must secure 80% or above in the qualifying exam. Apart from this, a 2% candidates of the total intake are eligible for a sports scholarship.
