It's perfect for those who really want to learn.
Placements: Students got jobs in various industries such as medical. Recruiting companies are Sunpharma, Mankind, etc. Toppers come from this institution among all the pharma institutions in Assam. Jobs are quite easy to get after completing from this institution. Many companies tried to hire from this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good and newly renovated. There are enough rooms. There is perfection of the floor with titles and a proper library. Nice campus with greenery and flowers on campus, big classrooms and a lecture hall. There are nice and clean washrooms with enough space.
Faculty: The pass percentage is about 98 percent and the top score from this institution. The course is very good and the best faculty in this institution. Students are really learning not only from theory but also by interacting with patients in hospitals, clinical work, and practices.

I'm satisfied, but the Wi-Fi facilities should be introduced really quickly.
Placements: There is no provision for direct campus placement in this course. After completing the undergraduate course students need to apply for various posts in different healthcare settings. As a fresher we can expect a salary of around Rs 15,000 - Rs. 18,000 in a private hospital or nursing school. In a government set-up it would be around Rs. 20,000-Rs. 25,000 with a gradual increment in the upcoming years with experience. Students can also opt for higher education and work as lecturers.
Infrastructure: The labs, classrooms, and library are in very good condition but there is no Wi-Fi provision. The quality of food is average. The medical college is near our hostel and proper medical facilities are available in the hospital. There are no provisions for sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching and guidance contain quality content. The course curriculum is quite relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are a bit tough and you need to really study hard to thrive. Students need to get 50 percent marks in each subject to pass the university examinations.

A good pharmacy college in the Northeast region.
Placements: Cipla and Sun are the companies where most students want to go and work. Around 40% of students get internships at Lupin.
Infrastructure: The lab and classrooms are good and well maintained. They have a projector in every class. The lab contains all facilities required in a pharmacy college. The library is also there, with all books available, including all pharmacopeia. The lab contains all the equipment and journals that are needed.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and have experience in both practical and theory. Teachers are well educated. The lab assistants are also well trained and educated. They guide us properly in every topic, practical, and other extra activities.
Other: I always want to build my career in the medical line, that's why I chose this course. I will pass out in 2026. Now I am in the 7th semester. There are many students in our class. The total strength is 48. The package our college offers is Rs. 60,000 admission fee and 55,000 per semester fee.

I think I chose the best college.
Placements: 90% of students got placed from my course. The highest package is more than 1.5 lacs per month. The lowest salary is about Rs. 50,000- Rs. 60,000 per annum. The average package is about 1 LPA. Recruitment at AIIMS. Almost all my batchmates got an internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is spread over 5 acres of land and has individual departments. Wi-Fi is available all around the college. It has a big playground. Food is available in a mess. The quality of food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are like our parents, they are very helpful and sweet. They are very knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is fantastic. It is relevant for our day-to-day life. Semester exams are quite tough and require reading 12 hours daily to score good marks. Faculty members are from every corner of the state of Assam.

Good placements in 2024 Really good infrastructure clean and hygience area Facilities excellent .
Placements: 100 percent interested students find jobs in the pharmacy or healthcare field. Students undergo practical training in various internships at reputed hospitals and pharmaceutical companies often in Assam or nearby regions. The average initial package for B. Pharma/D. Pharma graduates often range from 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA, depending on sector and role. With experience, many alumni take up roles in reputed institutes and industries nationwide. Graduates are employed by leading hospital pharmacies, community health centers, and private sector pharmaceutical companies. Typical job profiles include pharmacist, medical representative, QA/QC associate, and clinical research assistant.
Infrastructure: The campus is spacious with modern infrastructure. Classrooms are large, well-ventilated, and equipped with audio-visual aids. Laboratories are well-equipped for practical classes. Hostels are sizable, clean, and well-maintained with separate accommodation for boys and girls. The hostels come with 24-hour electricity, running water, and CCTV security. Mess food is considered average, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and a monthly cost of around Rs. 1,500- Rs. 2,000. The college cafeteria and mess provide nutritious meals three times daily. There is also a canteen and snack options on campus. The campus is easily navigable, with e-rickshaws available for commuting between different blocks and hostels.
Faculty: The teachers at Assam Medical College? S Institute of Pharmacy are generally helpful and approachable. Most faculty members are qualified and have strong subject knowledge, though a few might not be as engaging in their teaching style. The curriculum is updated according to PCI norms and focuses on making students industry-ready, covering theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Overall, you will get a strong academic foundation but more emphasis on internships or in-campus placement drives would be appreciated. The library is well-stocked and labs have all the necessary equipment.
Other: I choose this course because there have many you in as a pharmacist. You can do in your own wish pharmacy as business and also government hospital pharmacist Faculty are generally helpful and knowledgeable with an updated PCI-approved curriculum that balance theory and practical. Labs and the library are well equipped though more industry exposure would help. Semester exams are moderate tough but manageable with regular study. Pass rates are good for attentive students. The course build a strong foundation but additional career focused workshops and internships would improve industry readiness.

Satisfied with the college and will also recommend the college to others.
Placements: 100% placement since it's a government medical college. The average package a medical student gets after graduation from FAAMC is around Rs. 40,000 per month, which gradually increases with seniority and higher degree to the lakhs. The doctor's graduating from FAAMC is placed in various PHC, CHC, and Model hospitals, which are under the government.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is top-notch, but maintaining it in a government environment is always a barrier. Facilities of the hostel lack a bit in terms of hygiene, and all are maintained, but there is scope for improvement. Mess provides the food 3 times a day, which is a bit irregular sometimes. Sports and games are top-notch here. Football, cricket, table tennis, volleyball, and a few other sports are very common here, which are regularly played, and more sports are played during the college week.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and top-notch. Teaching quality is almost entirely done, and they are also helpful. Lacks sometimes, as the curriculum is too huge to be completed, a very relevant curriculum. Semester exams feel a bit tough and hectic when it comes to dealing with the sleepless nights and countless hard work. The pass percentage is overall 90%-95% in the finals.
