The Salt Lake campus in Kolkata can accommodate about 1200 B.Tech students annually, spanning all specializations.120 students - computer Science and engineering.Sixty students - electronics and communication engineering.60 students - electrical engineering.120 students - mechanical engineering.60 students - civil engineering.Taking into account all of the campuses, the total intake capacity for B.Tech would be higher. There can be no more than 60 students in each class. Therefore, over the course of the four-year program, 1200 x 4 = 4800 B.Tech students could potentially enroll at the Salt Lake campus alone. When all campuses are taken into account, Techno India University's maximum B.Tech student capacity may reach several thousand.Yet, actual enrollment figures might change annually based on admissions.

Yes, Teachno India can be considered one of best colleges in kolkata. The Saltlake campus of Techno India is well-known and offers competitive placements for engineering students. Still, it lags behind certain other private colleges and IIT Kharagpur.Techno India performs mediocrely in other subjects like pharmacy, architecture, and the pure sciences; other universities, such as Jadavpur University and IIEST Shibpur, are typically chosen.Regarding facilities, faculty qualifications, and industry ties, Techno India is decent but not at the top of the game in Kolkata. When compared to other private universities, Techno India's tuition is reasonable, but it is considerably higher than that of government colleges.Techno India University was placed in the 101–150 band and IIT Kharagpur was placed eighth in the NIRF rankings 2022.In general, Techno India University offers high-quality technical instruction and job placements in specific fields.
