It is moderately challenging to study a B.Sc. in Forestry in VCSG Uttarakhand University of Horticulture & Forestry. This requires clearing the ICAR AIEEA exam, which contains questions on relative subject matter. The syllabus is broad enough to cover every aspect of forestry, but preparations for theoretical as well as practical work have to be made by students. It has good facilities and faculty back-up from the university, and this helps to facilitate learning. But graduate placements will be something that students will have to fight for, so it is vital to be proactive about gaining practical experience and networking while at university.
