Amity University Mumbai offers BSc in Animation & Visual Effects as a three-year degree at UG-level. The semesters is spread across six semesters and includes multiple subjects such as: 

• Basics of sketching & drawing
• Typography
• Creating Animation
• Web Design
• UI/UX Design
• Rigging and Skinning
• Creating Animation 3
• Application 

Candidates who has twelve years of school education with 50% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible for the NMIMS School of Design BSc course. Further, candidates must apply for the course before the last registration date and appear for the online computer-based entrance exam. 

For admission to the BSc course at DY Patil School of Creative Studies, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The selection criteria for this course are merit-based and candidates must pass Class 12 from any recognised with a minimum 50% aggregate. Candidates who have not completed Class 12 are not eligible for admission.
