The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has collaborated with Microsoft's global training partner, Microsoft Education and Tech Avant-Garde, to train school teachers affiliated to the board on hybrid learning. With schools remaining closed due to the outbreak of the pandemic, both students and teachers have been struggling with the teaching system.

Meanwhile, many state governments are reopening the schools now. While many schools are ready to begin the offline classes, many parents are hesitant in sending their children to schools for physical classes and prefer online studies until the situation gets better, CBSE said in a statement.

The training programme named ‘Hybrid Learning Programme’ will begin from November 15 for five days and each day, a webinar will be conducted for one hour thirty minutes. The training batches will be formed according to the registrations, as per CBSE statement.
