IGNOU 2021 July application date extended, apply on or before October 31

All those candidates who have not applied yet can now the official website of the IGNOU; ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in to apply for IGNOU 2021 July session.

IGNOU July 2021 Admission: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has once again extended the last date for the fresh admission to the online distance learning (ODL) and online undergraduate and postgraduate courses until October 31. All those candidates who have not applied yet can now the official website of the IGNOU; ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in to apply for IGNOU 2021 July session. 

While making the announcement, the IGNOU wrote on Twitter, "IGNOU further extends the last date of Fresh Admissions to ODL & Online UG/PG Programmes for the July 2021 Session till 31st October 2021. https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in."

In order to apply for online distance learning (ODL) and online courses, students will have to register themselves first on the IGNOU July 2021 admission portal using their name, email ID, educational certificates, and mobile number. Candidates must note that IGNOU will notify them about all the latest developments on the registered mobile number and email ID. 

Meanwhile, IGNOU has closed the admission process for certificates, diplomas, PG diplomas and semester-based Undergraduate/Postgraduate courses.

IGNOU July 2021 Session: How To Apply

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to apply for IGNOU July 2021 session:

• Visit the official website; i.e. ignou.samarth.edu.in or ignou.ac.in
• On the homepage, click on the news registration link
• You will be redirected to a new page
• Enter details and set a password
• Click on ‘Login’
• IGNOU application form will appear on the screen
• Fill in the application form
• Submit and pay the application fee through prescribed payment methods

As per the official notification released by IGNOU, "Last date for admission to Certificate, Diploma, PG Diploma and Semester-based UG/PG Programmes is over. In a particular admission cycle, a facility for fee exemption available to SC/ST students can be claimed for one programme only. If an applicant submits more than one application claiming fee exemption, all the applications shall be rejected."
