My school years from grades 10 to 12 were a mix of learning and fun, where choosing the humanities stream allowed me to explore my interests and develop essential skills. Balancing academics with friendships, extracurriculars, and self-reflection, subjects like history, English, and sociology helped me express myself and gain a deeper understanding of the world.
Language and Literature in College
Post-school, I pursued a B.A. program with majors in English and French, where my fascination with language and literature flourished. Learning French added an international perspective to my education. Taking a year off after graduation helped me explore career possibilities and clarify my goals, ultimately leading to a pivotal realization about my passion.
Discovering a Passion for Marketing and Advertising; Career with a PGDM in International Business
During my gap year, I found myself drawn to the creative and strategic aspects of marketing and advertising, a field where I could combine communication skills with innovative ideas. Enrolling in a PGDM program at Jagannath International Management School allowed me to specialize in marketing and human resources, sharpening my strategic and creative mindset. My placement at Asia One Magazine marked the beginning of an exciting career, where I handled B2B sales, deal negotiations, and organize national and international summits.I am excited about my journey in marketing, embracing challenges, and seizing opportunities for growth as I pursue my passion in this dynamic field.
