MBA Admission Process Through CAT
Now that you’ve checked the list of MBA colleges accepting CAT score 50-60 percentile, understand their admission process too. The admission process of CAT 60 percentile colleges and CAT 50 percentile MBA colleges includes Presentation, Written Ability Test (WAT) or Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates can apply to colleges as per their preference but they will be shortlisted on the basis of minimum CAT cut off.
Post the application submission, the B-School will check candidates’ credentials and evaluate their candidature to shortlists them for the admission round i.e. GD/PI. Candidates have to then appear in this round on the given date, time and venue. Final selection for admission is based on GD/PI performance. Upon final selection, the institute intimates candidates to complete the remaining admission process, after which the MBA classes commence.
