CBSE Class 12 Physics Board Paper Pattern

In the CBSE 12th Physics Board Exam, students gets 15 minutes to read the question paper. The duration of the paper is 3 hours, and it carries a total of 70 marks. The CBSE Physics paper 2026 Class 12 will have 5 sections i.e. A, B, C, D, and E. 

Section A of CBSE physics paper 2025 contains 16 MCQs of 1 mark each, Section B contains 5 questions of two marks each, Section C contains 7 questions of three marks each, Section D contains two case-study based questions of 4 marks each, and Section E contains 3 long questions of five marks each. There is no overall choice. However, internal choices is provided in some questions.
