I was always fond of Science and aspired to be a Scientist however in my boards I didn't meet the expectation, marks weren’t less but I was disappointed though. So, I chose Commerce as my stream. Later I realised if I made a mistake but then I thought of continuing it and getting the best out of it.

At that time I knew that I couldn't be a Scientist so I decided to pursue BMS and it was predetermined that I'm going to opt for Master's also, as I always heard that "BMS kr ke MBA kiya hai tumhare bhaiya ne". And I was very inspired by him, he was and is a brilliant person and also helped me when it was much needed. However, our specialisation wasn’t the same as my interest and confidence for Finance wasn't up to the mark so I decided to go for HR.

While I was pursuing my Graduation, my concepts related to Human Resources got strong. I started enjoying the subject to such extent that now I want to pursue a doctorate in HR upon completing of post-graduation. 

So after my graduation, I started preparing for the CET entrance exam which is one of the prerequisites for admission to MBA. I chose to study on my own through various material available on the internet such as tips and tricks to solve various kinds of questions, General knowledge related, etc. I studied for approx. 8-9 hours a day and because of my hard work I was able to clear the exam with good results.

Though I aspired admission to Thakur College but my CET result was not eligible for the same. So I started looking for more colleges on similar grounds and I found GNVS Institute of Management. The institute has a good reputation basis its long-term existence, consistent placements record, quality faculty from various walks of life, etc.

Honestly, there were no challenges in the admission process, The administrative staff is quite supportive and helpful. I was excited to begin my journey at GNVSIOM.

Well, unfortunately, I couldn't make it to college due to a pandemic however I attend lectures and lectures and lectures. Well it sounds pretty hectic, of course, it does but I won't say it's tiring, despite the lectures being online, there are certain shortcomings but trust me, my faculty members try their best to deliver it and make it as easy and as interesting as possible. The teachers use a lot of visual content, case studies, group sessions and PPTs to make the learning fun and easy.
