Sanghamitra B.Ed College campus has huge natural vegetation with some trees and beautiful flowers planted by the students. 

Sanghamitra B.Ed College, Jharkhand is established and managed by the Board of Trustees of the World Buddha Foundation, Bodh Gaya. The college is located at Chuttupalu in Ranchi, Jharkhand and has its head office in the Buddhist Mission Campus Bariatu Road, Ranchi. The foundation is a Buddhist religious minority organisation and duly registered in India under the Indian Trust Act 1882. The minority status and character are duly recognised by the State and the Central Govt. of India. Sanghamitra B.Ed College is a co-educational institution, offering a two-year regular B.Ed Course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It is affiliated with Ranchi University and follows the same course and syllabus.

The Infrastructure of Sanghamitra B.Ed. College

Sanghamitra B.Ed college has the most conducive infrastructure in Chuttupalu, Jharkhand with a lush green calm environment that helps in springing up the mood of teacher trainees. The college has a two-storey building, which is the main building of the campus. Other than that it has four other classrooms for method classes along with a staff room and the main office. The campus is quite open and spacious. There is also a school and a hostel for school children on the same campus owned by the Buddha Foundation.

The college offers a number of facilities to the students including a well-equipped science lab, a library, a psychological lab, an education technology lab, a computer lab, a recreational hall, a playground etc. The classrooms are well ventilated. All the books related to the course curriculum are easily available in the college library. The campus is situated 3000 ft above sea level, which gives it a moderately cool climate round the year.

The campus is quite serene and is surrounded by trees on each side. Even the backside of the college is a huge area covered with tall green trees keeping the atmosphere calm and beautiful. The campus itself has huge natural vegetation with some trees and beautiful flowers planted by the students. Besides the large playground in front, the school has a small playground near a classroom and one near the office. Outside the classrooms are big trees with benches, so students can sit under them. The students have access to clean toilets as well as drinking water. There is a large auditorium with plenty of seating for students to hold any type of event or program. Hostel facilities for girls are provided by the college along with all necessary amenities on the campus itself. However, the seats are limited so the students have to book the seats early.

The demand for technology-based learning has grown rapidly in the present education system and SMTTC offers the ‘Edurite' SMART Class with an LCD screen and a projector in every classroom. To prepare students for the growing market demand for smart and articulate workers, the college also facilitates a multimedia language laboratory with computers.  

Transportation Facilities at Sanghamitra B.Ed College

Sanghamitra B.Ed College, Jharkhand provides proper transportation facilities to its students. The college offers two bus services that board students from two different areas of Ranchi. Both the buses ply from the city office of Sanghamitra B.Ed College. Starting from there, one of the buses covers areas of Kantatoli, which is near the station, while the other bus covers areas on the main road and goes directly to Buti, which is the meeting point of both buses. The college is situated on a highway just a few metres away from the toll gate making it accessible for the students to even board private or government buses easily if they wish to.
