ACT College of Engineering and Technology is really the best college.

Placements: ACT College of Engineering and Technology is a good infrastructure college. This college's placement is very good every year. 90 percent of students get placements every year. The highest salary package is 8 LPA. The lowest salary is 2 LPAs. More active placement teams work at this college.

Infrastructure: This college has good laboratory facilities. More departments and good classrooms are also available at this college. The biggest library is also here at this college. Hostel facilities are also available at this college. The hostel mess serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, which is also tasty.

Faculty: ACT College of Engineering and Technology teachers are more experienced people. They have completed more master's degrees. So they are teaching very well. Students get good marks. 95 percent of students get first-class marks. This college's course curriculum is updated and excellent.

Other: Our college has more sports facilities. More sports coaching staff are also working at this college. Every month, more sports events are conducted at this college.

Other: It is a good college. We are the first batch of the college. It has a great infrastructure, cool campus, highly qualified faculty members and very motivating administration. The college is placed in the outskirts of the city near Uthiramerur. There are many branches of our college.

B.E. / B.Tech

Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
