Good teaching faculty and hands-on practical experience.
Placements: Cormandel, Syngenta, ITC are major companies for placement offers. Mostly students choose higher studies over placements. Most students of the campus show more interest in higher studies or competitive exams. Students are placed in fertilizer companies, SEED companies, teaching companies, etc.
Infrastructure: There are 150 acres of fields for crop observation, and good hostel facilities. Separate hostels for each year. They offer better food with hygiene. Good classrooms with digital facilities. Labs with one-to-one equipment. Grounds that encourage sports and physical fitness.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and experienced. There is a student-friendly teaching environment, which prepares students to be real-world problem solvers. Semester exams are somewhat difficult and entirely based on concepts. The passing mark is 50 out of 100. Industrial exposure is very nice.
Other: Individual talent can be improved and encouraged.

Not satisfied, I expected my college life to be good, but this didn't meet my expectations.
Placements: There are no placements, I'm not going to give a negative review it's a good college but it is very strict there are very few programmes. I wished the classrooms were bigger and lastly the teaching is good but the hostel and seniors are a bit scary based on my experience.
Infrastructure: The library is very small, whereas the canteen is not present in the college, and there is not enough space on the ground. The hostel is decent. They conduct sports and dance with the other branches they get pretty competitive. I found that a bit fun, and overall it's a nice experience.
Faculty: Semester exams are conducted 110 days after the last date of registration, and there is only one mid-term. They follow the ICAR grading system. Mid marks should be more than 25, and semester exam marks should be more than 50 to pass, and attendance also carries marks.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in agriculture but I soon came to regret it's my opinion solely.

M.Sc. in Agriculture (Genetics & Plant Breeding) - Batch of 2026
3.8
3Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
Great faculty, good campus life, decent placements, and a helpful environment for overall growth.
Placements: Placements are not conducted in all departments every year. If the students are placed in any company after completing their degree in their respective subjects with the highest salary of Rs. 50,000 per month. For undergraduate students, it is with a minimum of Rs. 20,000 per month. For UG students placements happen every year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and Wi-Fi facility is also available. There are rooms with beds for each student and attached washrooms. The good facilities in the hostel and food are also okay. The quality of the food is very nice. They provide quality and healthy food. IT students run mess only and food quality is good and hygienic.
Faculty: Teaching quality is nice and highly experienced faculty, with good teaching skills. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Exams are somewhat difficult, but we enjoy them a lot and gain a lot of knowledge and experience from them.
Other: I am very interested in genetics and plant breeding, after taking the junior research fellowship exam after qualifying I got a seat in this college. Lab equipment for conducting any lab experiments and some chemicals are not available and some are expired. We enjoy it a lot.

Good infrastructure and staff.
Placements: Maximum students are well-settled and they are always in touch with students. If we have a placement maximum students get placed with a good package and further they will be well-settled and guide other students on how to get a good job.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is nice for M.Sc. students along with food. There are good hostels for students with better food and making students convenient. To make students not struggle for the internet they provide Wi-Fi for the students to work for their requirements.
Faculty: When it comes to exams there is a strict conduct of exams that is based on students. There is a lack of sleep for students who should work hard for their exams to do better and to get a good score and students get better knowledgeable tours.

M.Sc. in Agriculture (Agriculture Extension & Communication) - Batch of 2026
3.6

Satisfied with the quality of education and exposure to other colleges and society.
Placements: Our batch Agriculture Extension Education has 7 members, we joined this course in 2024. The highest package offered is Rs. 90,000 and the lowest is Rs. 30,000. The last time Reliance came to our college for recruitment, only 10% of students got selected for the campus interview.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the hostel, college, and even in library. We have labs for entomology, pathology, and genetics. We have separate classroom for PG based on departments and we have separate classrooms for UG. We have a health clinic in our hostel. Canteen is available 24/7.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful to us because teachers only guide us they won't teach us anything. Our course consists of organizational behavior and development, research methodology, and extension landscape. We have PG courses like library, statistics, English, and Intellectual property rights.
Other: In Extension we get some free time compared to other departments, so that we can prepare for other exams, and even Extension develops good communication skills and leadership development within us. In our college, they conduct conferences for PG and Ph.D. where students from entire country can attend.

College is awesome. We can enjoy and gain good knowledge about the course.
Placements: I got 7.33% in my under-graduation. Placements are not given directly but they will provide students with opportunities to get the job. Most jobs are government only we need to work hard to get a job in the government sector. So, I think it is better to try on the corporate side.
Infrastructure: College environment is nice. There are physical activity coach and a big ground and equipment for the physical activity. All labs are available for the direct experience. Hostel is very good. All facilities are nice, one doesn't feel home sick.
Faculty: Faculty members are awesome. All faculty members are seniors so we have to interact with them more. Passing marks are 50 for 100 marks. And in the mid-exams, at least we need to get 25 marks to pass in the semester.
Other: For me, the course was selected by my uncle. Events are more at college so we can enjoy ourselves as much as.
