Placements: Approximately 80 percent of students are placed.
The highest package is 47 LPA.
The lowest is 2.3 LPA.
Mahindra, etc. are the top recruiters.
Students with an above-average CGPA get internships.
Managing directors are the top roles offered.
Aissms provides the best placement among the private colleges in Pune. The result of Aissms Polytechnic is good among all the polytechnics in Pune.
Infrastructure: The college provides us with the best facilities. The infrastructure of our college includes Wi-Fi, lab of electronics, electrical, chemical, mechanical, computer, etc.
The college has the best ground and the events are also well organized and run very smoothly and satisfyingly.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are so helpful.
It does make the students industry ready.
Exams are much more difficult but under the guidance of faculty, the students pass the exam easily. The passing percentage is 36%.
So the passing criteria are so simple. You just have to score at least 28 marks in the theory paper and 12 in the practical exams.

The best college in Pune.
Placements: The Placements are good in AISSMS. The highest salary package is about 6 LAC and the lowest is about 3 LAC. AISSMS COE with its strong industry connection is the best engineering placement college in Pune. Placement is civil is about 50% percentage.
Infrastructure: AISSMS hostel rooms are very lavish. A pure wood B.Ed with comfortable mattresses.
And pillow along with cupboards, table, chairs and attractive photo frame is provided on every floor and in every room. Our institute hostel provides the best room. And best facilities.
Faculty: The teaching staff is very good and student-friendly. The other best thing in college is the best Library and reading room on every floor with all the facilities. The management is good and the staff is super fine with all. The facility for the production branch is average.
Other: The surroundings and crowd are very satisfactory and lively.

Our college has good faculty members.
Placements: It is a diploma college, and there are no placements. After 2nd-year, internships are compulsory. Around three seniors got placed at Infosys. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Our classrooms have good benches. Laboratories are well equipped. If you want to complete project work, then you can work in the laboratory. The canteen facility is good.
Faculty: Our teachers are well qualified. They teach us very well. Our course curriculum does not make students industry-ready.

AISSMS Polytechnic has very good infrastructure.
Placements: In the year 2022, students got direct campus placements in top companies like Wipro, Tata Technologies, and Goderej Pvt. Ltd, John Deere, Vishay Components India Pvt. Ltd and more. Around 80% to 95% of students got placed in our course. Placements are good with the highest salary package of 6 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. Around 90% of students got internships from our college for the companies like Wipro, Tata Technologies, Infosys, etc. The top role offered in our course is software developer. Around 40% of the students were placed from our course. L&T and Kolte Patil companies visit here for placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities like good practical labs, library, Wi-Fi, and classrooms are excellent in our college. Even facilities in hostels are the best, and the quality of food available in the canteen is excellent. The stationery is good.
Faculty: Teachers are good, very helpful, supportive, and well-qualified. They help students to work in the automobile industry and any electronics manufacturer company.
Other: Our college is very good and different from other colleges. It provides good facilities. Civil, mechanical, IT, computer engineering, etc., are very good courses offered by our college. Our college is very good to join for future purpose.

The college has good faculty and placements.
Placements: In this course (Diploma in mechanical engineering), most of the students go for Bachelors degree and Masters degree in their respective fields (B.Tech and M.Tech).
30% of students out of 100 go for placements. The packages offered in this course are about 2 LPA to 7 LPA, and the average salary is about 4 to 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for this course are Bajaj, Hero Motocorp, Mahindra Tsubaki Pvt., Ltd., Varroc, Kinetic Green Energy etc. Some of the IT companies also come, like Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, L&T Technology etc. Most of the students, 70% of students, go for higher studies and only a few students go for internships and placements, and all those students got internships in my batch from companies like Varroc, Bajaj, Mubea Internship, Infinity X, Star Engineers etc. Some of the companies will offer internship + PPOs. Top roles offered in this course are R&D, design (make 2D 3D models of given sketch/product), automation, automobile industry etc.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities in our department (science and technology department). Wi-Fi is available only in the library and computer labs, not on the whole campus. The classrooms are good, with two fans per classroom and one AC, but it doesn't work properly. Projectors and green boards are also available. There is a library on the ground floor and a reading hall on each floor for studying and completing given tasks or projects. 1-2 computer labs are available on each floor. Wi-Fi facility is available. Two bathrooms are available on each floor, one for boys and the other one for girls. Canteen facilities are available, and the quality of food is average, and the prices are reasonable. There are benches available in the canteen for students. Medical facilities are not available on our campus. A stationary shop is present on our campus where all types of stationery items are available. Hostel facilities are good on our campus, and students from out of Pune or out of state can live in the hostel. The facilities in the hostel are quite good. Sports and games are held in our college every year. There are many types of sports. The college conducts cricket, kabaddi, race, relay race, football, basketball, volleyball, drawing, quiz, etc., competitions. Many events are held here.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. Most of the teachers did PhDs. Most of the time, professors teach using the projector for better understanding. Per day, there are 1 or 2 laboratory sessions (practical work). In practical work, the professors teach us to perform on lathe machines, CNC machine, and VMC machines. In computer labs, we have been taught to perform on Catia and AutoCAD (make 2D sketch using AutoCAD software and convert it into 3D using Catia software). Overall, the teaching quality is very good. It helps the students to work in the industry and any manufacturer company where automobile and electronics parts are made. It also helps the students to work in design companies where we can do work on Catia software, CAD/CAM etc. Exams are quite difficult, but if we do study properly, then it will not be tough. In mechanical stream, you need to focus on diagrams more than theory part, especially on automobile engineering or fluid mechanics exams. The passing percentage is more than 40%.
Other: In my batch, there are 60 students in my division. There are 3 divisions in total, with 180 students in the mechanical department. I chose this course because I have an interest in the mechanical field since my childhood. I used to play mechanic games and also worked in my uncle's automobile parts wholesale and retail shop. I also have a basic interest in dismantling the engine of a motorbike. In the mechanical stream, there is more practical work than theory. This is one of the best things about this course. In our curriculum, there is no software like Ansys and other important software which is very useful for this field to get a job after completing Diploma and Degree course. This is the thing that I wish to add to the curriculum. Every year, the college conducts 2-3 fests, where many types of games and sports are played by students. Some of the celebrities also come for events. The campus crowd and surroundings are very good.

It provides good Infrastructure and campus but management and teachers steal it all away.
Placements: There are no placements in our batch, they sent one or two forms to apply for a particular job at a particular firm, but no real on-campus placements. There are compulsory internships as part of the MSBTE curriculum. The college does not provide any internships so they have to get them by themselves, and mostly all students paid for the internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well maintained. The library also has computers with an internet connection, and the classrooms are cleaned daily. They also provide a water purifier on every floor, and classrooms are big. There is nothing like fitting students above the given capacity, canteen is trash some stalls here, and there is no quality as such.
Faculty: Teachers are average some have real industrial knowledge, but most of them are there to get the job done. HOD of the computer department Mr. V. N Kukre very insightful man and one among the very few students who would like as a teacher.
Other: The faculty members are the only con I found in this college some teachers like Mr. Ajit Gedam should just retire because neither of the students gets what he is teaching despite many requests to change the faculty members stayed. There are no real events as such there are two i.e teachers day and Shiv Jayanti. The crowd is decent not any kind of uptown crowd, and the campus life is average.
