Our college has good infrastructure and facilities, but the management system is not good.
Placements: Around 30% to 40% of students are placed. A salary package of 3 LPA to 4 LPA is offered for selected students. Hinduja Global Solutions selected many students. No internships are held by the college. System engineer and many more BPO roles are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities like water, Wi-Fi, and transport. Our college has spacious classrooms and neat and good washrooms. Our college also has pleasant surroundings and a good environment. Hostel facilities are not good enough, but the college is near the bus stand. College transport is available for surrounding Alka villages. There are medical facilities. The canteen is average.
Faculty: Teachers are good and have good knowledge of the subjects. They are very friendly. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready, but they have to do more personal training for good placements. Exams are held in a jumbling system. The difficulty level of exams is based on sets and the pass percentage is 80%.

Dissatisfied because of no campus placements and faculty.
Placements: There are no placements for electrical and electronics engineering branch. BPO jobs are available for every branch. No student got placed through on-campus. There is a placement cell, but no company visited the college for campus interview.
Infrastructure: The college has a good computer lab, and the library is useful for many students. Classrooms are good with mike system. There is no medical facility in the college, and the quality of food in the canteen is the worst. Hostel rooms are good, but the food is worst. The college conducts study hours for hostel students. Some equipment for electrical lab is not available in the electrical department.
Faculty: The college usually recruits (as faculty) the candidates who completed B.Tech. Some of the teachers try to explain the topics. Maximum teachers are B.Tech graduates, and they have less knowledge. There is no quality in teaching. They prepare by reading all-in-one books. Most of the teachers cannot clarify the students' doubts. The course curriculum was not useful.
Other: The college conducts fests, and no scholarship is provided by the college. There are no games and extracurricular activities.

I'm not satisfied at all, I don't suggest to any one to join in this college.
Placements: The placements are not so good in this college, the lowest package is 1.5 to 2 lacs, and the highest package is 3 to 4 lacs per year. Tata, wipro, tcs etc. are the top recruiters. There is a least percentage of students got campus placements in this college, mechanical, EEE, CSE, ECE, civil are the course offered in this college.
Infrastructure: College has a good infrastructure, it has a basic courses, and the hostel facilities are also good, no Wi-Fi facilities, many more labs, bigger classrooms, well mannered libraries.
The food quality is not so good, nice canteen, the sports are conducted very well .
Faculty: The faculty is helpful, qualified they share more knowledge, it's curriculum is slightly different student should gain some love extra knowledge by their own for industrial purpose, semester exams are somewhat tough, so that we can gain some more information, knowledge regarding the course selected.
Other: I've chosen this course because I'm having interested in communication technology, so that I can perform as well.

Very good staff with teaching skills.
Placements: In my college campus drives are very poor. Only call centers jobs and CSE based jobs comes. These jobs do not attract the students. Core side no jobs are offered in campus drives.
Infrastructure: In my college library is good. All types of course books are available. Labs are good for all branches. EEE labs are available but in some labs are not working. Classrooms are also good in length. Nice blackboard. Benches are good. Hostel is not bad as well as good. Wi-Fi only in CSE labs.
Faculty: A good skilled person is recruited as teaching staff. Their teaching skills are very good. Management of the college is also good. Semester exams are also conducting very good and strict. Examination section will be in good condition. All the course staff is very good.

The infrastructure and facilities need to improve.
Placements: 1. 20 percent of students got placed.
2. The highest salary is 50000, the lowest salary is 12000, median salary is 25000.
3. Swiggy is the top recruiting company.
4. The highest package is 2.5 lakh, the lowest package 1 lakh and the average is 1.8 lakh.
6. Only 50 percent of students got internship.
Infrastructure: 1. Our college has labs, free Wi-Fi, central library, good washrooms.
2. Quality of food is very bad, can't even eat the food, no medical facilities, no proper ground for playing, no equipment to play as well, canteen is fine and stationary items available.
Faculty: 1. Faculty is the worst for all the branches. The way the faculty treats the students is very bad. The curriculum is fine.
Other: The syllabus should be reduced.
Events are not conducted for us.

Faculty members, campus drives and laboratories in our college are average.
Placements: Every year campus drives are offered in our college, and there is no difference in seniors and us. Almost 80% of the students will get jobs through campus drives. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 9,000 per month and the maximum salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. However, it depends upon the company. Companies which visit our college are Hospira, Tech Mahindra, Osmosys, TCS, etc. Almost 75% of the students will participate in internships. The lowest stipend offered is Rs. 2,000 to 4,000 per month. There is a placement cell in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide Wi-Fi, but they will update in future. Labs are very good, but some equipment is not working properly. Classrooms are good. There is a normal library, but there is no central library. Our college is donating blood every year on 14th September. Every year faculty members conduct cricket tournament, and they are playing volleyball and cricket in sports hours. Classrooms are 90% good, and labs are 60% good. Quality of food available in the canteen is average. Hostel rooms are good. The boys' hostel is outside the campus, but the girls' hostel is inside the campus. I faced a problem in labs as some equipment is not working properly.
Faculty: Generally, B.Tech lecturers will be qualified with M.Tech. In our college, few faculty members are M.Tech holders and remaining are B.Tech qualified, so they have medium knowledge in subjects. Teaching quality is medium as they don't use a projector system. Some of them explain with examples. I went to the Polavaram project and saw many things like the design of Polavaram project and large mountains.
Other: I went to Vijayanagara fest last year, and I got a certificate in the model presentation. Every year fests are conducted in our college.

AKRG College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023). There is no upper age limit. |
| MBA/PGDM | Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission. |
| M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream of engineering and technology and secure the above-mentioned minimum percentage (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto. Preference will be given to candidates qualified in GATE in the relevant branch based on their test scores and the remaining seats with the candidates qualified in APPGECET as per their merit ranks. Final year student can also apply, provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of degree by the concerned university on or before the date of counselling. |
| UG Diploma | Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination (Class 10th) conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained atleast 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates belonging to NIOS/TOSS/APOSS/CBSE/ICSE/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject.
