The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the M.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology course at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:
B.Sc. degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics, or a related field) from a recognised university.
A minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination (55% for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates who have completed their B.Sc. degree and are awaiting their results can also apply.
Admission will be based on the candidate's performance in the entrance examination.
The entrance examination will be conducted in Delhi, and the question paper will consist of 90 multiple-choice questions carrying 90 marks.
The duration of the course is 2 years.
The total number of seats available for the M.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology course at AIIMS Delhi is 13 (UR-5, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1, EWS-1, PWBD-1).
Candidates who are due to appear at the qualifying examination or have already appeared and are awaiting results can also apply, but they must furnish proof of passing the qualifying examination on or before July 31, 2025, with the requisite percentage.

According to the prospectus, candidates belonging to SC/ST must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in all MBBS professional examinations, whereas candidates belonging to UR/OBC/EWS/Sponsored must have obtained 55% in aggregate in all MBBS Professional Examinations.

A candidate is eligible to appear in Entrance Examination if he/she has passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognised University/ Board of any Indian State with English Physics Chemistry and Biology. You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English Physics Chemistry and either Biology or Mathematics Biology is compulsory). Has a minimum aggregate mark required in qualifying examination ie. 10+2 or equivalent. Note, the seats will be filled strictly on merit on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates at the Entrance Examination conducted by the Institute. The Entrance Examination will be conducted in English & Hindi language.
