One of the greatest colleges of my life.
Placements: Every batch has 100% placement every year. The batch sizes are generally small (around 20-25 people) and there are ample opportunities to get into a renowned organization until one messes up badly. Summer internship opportunity is provided to every student by the placement committee of the course and also the final placements are handled by the placement committee only, teachers take no part in the placement of this course. The average summer internship package is around Rs. 60,000 for 2 months and the average CTC offered during final placement is around 10.5 LPA with the highest salary package offered being 14 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are 2 hostels among which anyone can be allotted to a candidate. Hostels are generally equipped with basic facilities and are generally comprised of twin-sharing rooms. Each hostel has its own food canteen where breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are provided daily. There are ample options for vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian candidates.
Faculty: Course curriculum of our college is so good. We have some of the finest teachers. All teachers are highly qualified, with some even holding Ph.D. degrees. Their teaching way is good and easy to understand. We have exams every semester.

The infrastructure and teachers are good, but I'm dissatisfied with the placement opportunities.
Placements: Placements were very poor in our college. The value of the fee paid was not worth it. Students got internships and jobs but did not get good salary packages. As we were actually freshers, we were offered salary packages of around 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA, even for the masters course. I am not satisfied with the placements provided by our college. COVID-19 pandemic also affected jobs.
Infrastructure: Amity University has a very good infrastructure. All facilities are up to the mark like air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi, cafeteria, canteen, clean washroom and frequent cleaning. I did not like the hostel much. However, sports and other activities are given high priority here.
Faculty: I think our college has a good number of faculty members. They are very well and knowledgeable. I experienced very good professors here. They provide guidance at a personal level also, and they are very helpful. I think the course is fine, but the number of extra subjects or not useful subjects included in it was high. Master course included 4 main subjects and 7 to 8 extra subjects with overburden.
Other: Events, fest and extracurricular activities organised are amazing in this college. The campus crowd is also amazing, and I was motivated on those activities. I preferred and recommended masters in advertising and marketing management because it provides very depth knowledge of the advertising world for students who want to make their career in the advertising field.

I suggest you choose Amity for exposure, comfort & improve your ability but don't expect placements.
Placements: I had high expectations for placements when I joined Amity, but very soon, I realised that it is not as I expected. Very few jobs and internships are provided even at the master's level. Even internships which are provided are rather unpaid, or the ones with a minimum stipend.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and library here are really spacious and good. There are various options to have food.
Faculty: The course which I am pursuing here is well designed and contains most of the aspects of journalism and mass communication. I learned a lot during this course and had a whole new experience. Some of the faculty members here are really amazing. They have a really vast knowledge of what they are teaching. But some of them are just available to waste time. My course curriculum is relevant to a certain extent. I learned a lot.

I had a really good experience here. I am waiting for my course to complete successfully.
Placements: Many companies like Radio Mirchi 93.5, Fever 104 FM, Big FM 92.7, etc., visited our campus for internships and placements. Companies had put strenuous criteria for us to participate in placement drives. As far as I remember and the information provided by our alumni, we were able to find that around 60% of the students get placements once they complete their course. Companies prefer to choose students as writers and journalists who can join them as early in their careers, which can help them later.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is the latest, and there are all the amenities which students want. The canteen facility is also amazing, and you will find many students flocked around that area at any time. There is a huge variety of snacks and meals to choose from, and students tend to spend more time in the canteen than required. The sports area has basketball, lawn tennis, cricket and even martial arts facilities. The gym is operational on weekdays, and some hostelers tend to spend much time here. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the college, and the library is huge.
Faculty: All the teachers here are qualified and highly knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is much better than most of the good institutions in the country. The course curriculum is designed by the university for all its branches. The course curriculum of our college is similar to the curriculum of the same course of another university. As part of the course, you will be already predisposed to industrial equipment and studios. The university provides the latest facilities to all students, and surely most of the students get industry-ready by the completion of the course.

Review of Amity School of Communication.
Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Mostly companies visit our campus for placements were startups. Few well-known companies visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like an assistant or associate manager, are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is well-known for its full-fledged facilities which it provides on the campus. The library available in our college is one of the beautiful libraries any campus could have. The campus is fully air-conditioned along with Wi-Fi coverage all around the campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our courses are well-qualified enough to teach this course. They were helpful when it came to assignments and projects. They even took us for events to get the experience of managing the event needs. Overall, the course curriculum gave us an idea about the event business and public relations.
Other: I have chosen this course because I had to open up a business related to event management. Fests and sports event organised were the highlights of the college.

Good infrastructure and curriculum, but below average faculty.
Placements: I do not have credible information right now, but the placements in the college are fine. NDTV and BBC are the best recruiters that come here. Internships are also provided by the college. I do not have the information about the highest, the lowest or average salary packages offered by the companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the best thing that this college has. The studio and the radio studio here are far better than that of most professionally established and functional news channels and radio stations. Wi-Fi needs to be worked upon, not just on speed but also regarding connectivity issues. Medical and sports facilities and the classrooms are very good.
Faculty: The curriculum is one of the best curriculums that can be designed, but the faculty are below average to execute it. They are all qualified and knowledgeable, but they are unable to deliver it to the students. The class duration is of 55 minutes, and they teach only for 20 minutes and waste the rest of the time. If this is not enough, then, in order to complete the number of classes, they make you sit idle or waste time only for the sake of sitting in the class. Industry exposure is provided, but it is not satisfactory.
