Review of Amity School of Communication.
Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Mostly companies visit our campus for placements were startups. Few well-known companies visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like an assistant or associate manager, are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is well-known for its full-fledged facilities which it provides on the campus. The library available in our college is one of the beautiful libraries any campus could have. The campus is fully air-conditioned along with Wi-Fi coverage all around the campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our courses are well-qualified enough to teach this course. They were helpful when it came to assignments and projects. They even took us for events to get the experience of managing the event needs. Overall, the course curriculum gave us an idea about the event business and public relations.
Other: I have chosen this course because I had to open up a business related to event management. Fests and sports event organised were the highlights of the college.

The infrastructure of the college is the best, and the placements are decent.
Placements: Placements for the senior batch were pretty decent. Almost 100% of students were placed. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Many reputed companies visited the campus for placements. Many good roles were offered to the students. Teachers help the students in getting a job by other sources, other than campus placements.
Infrastructure: Since Amity University, Noida is the main campus, it has the best infrastructure. Facilities provided to the students include Wi-Fi, liberation, sports and games, medical facilities, and many others. Even the food available in the canteen is pretty good.
Faculty: All the teachers in our department are very helpful, supportive, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is also good. Many different teaching methods are used in the class. Teachers provide us with notes and PPTs. Every faculty member is good and always ready to help in any manner.

Reality that gave me a new perspective.
Placements: The placements were good by the elite companies. Companies such as Perfect Relations, NDTV, IPAF, Viacom, Google, Amazon etc. were here. The highest package was 8,00,000 which was offered to the students. The roles offered to students were in the field of client servicing, public relation advisor, agent, advertising agent, creative team, event planner, event organizer, budget planner etc. The students were given chances to explore their interest in their internship only so that they can make a viable choice in their placement period. The stipend was made available to the students according to their roles and responsibilities in their respective companies, organisation and firms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is pretty good. The conference room for practical mock interview sessions, conferences session and even the radio show, is a great experience here. The Wi-Fi is throughout available. The campus offers variety in food such as outlets like subway, dominos and cafe coffee day are here. There is a mess too which provides food on an economical basis.
Faculty: The faculty are amazing. People specially from IIM are the guiding force here, and besides that, the communication faculty have some great media and PR and event people. Everyone shares their practical experience to give us a perspective on the outside world.

There is no separate course for event management. Regarding your marks, you may be allowed to enrol, provided you check with the university about this year's sponsored and non-sponsored system.
