Andhra Polytechnic taught me what life is.

Placements: About 40% students were placed from the civil engineering branch in top MNCs like SPCL, L&T, JMC, etc. 2.51 LPA is the average package offered for our course. 75% students got internships in our branch in companies such as Sunder Associates, Sudhakar Infratech, and many others.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good and decent labs are available. We have hydraulic lab, material testing lab, computer lab and many other labs which have a decent infrastructure. Unfortunately, our college hostel is old and it is unsafe so we don't have a proper hostel.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and highly qualified ie. M.Tech level, and every one has unique style of teaching. Our course is curriculum relevant and it is helpful and students are industry-ready. It is not much difficult to pass the exams but not that easy also. You should be prepared well to pass exams.

Other: Andhra Polytechnic is one of the best polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh which serves high quality of study and you will definitely enjoy life in APT.

Review of Andhra Polytechnic College.

Placements: After completion of the 4th semester, around 75% of students were eligible for campus placements. Companies from Hyderabad and Bangalore were mostly recruiting companies. Teachers guide students to fieldwork to gain practical knowledge. It is the best college for studies and enjoyment.

Infrastructure: Everything like a classroom, virtual learning classes, laboratories were excellent. The library was also perfect and there was a digital library. The hostel facility was not there. Sports and games were conducted two days a year MSN charities. It provides a big ground to play cricket.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach technically in this college. They mainly teach through virtual laboratories which were helpful to the students a lot. Students had to prepare well for semester exams and write them well. Sometimes students score low. The highest percentage was 96%.

Other: All the laboratories were excellent to do fieldwork, and teachers were well knowledgeable. Civil engineering was the king branch of engineering. So I prefer this college, and had a scope to develop but patience was required.

Best college only for study, not for placements and not for extra curricular activities.

Placements: If you want placements after Diploma in civil engineering department in Andhra Polytechnic college of kakinada, don't join in this college, there is less placements, placements come only from unknown companies but you want to do B.Tech after Diploma it's best.

Infrastructure: No hostel facility in my college, but outside private colleges are available and you should pay and join in outside college, it should be cheap living, when you compared with Visakhapatnam private hostels, college canteen food is terrific, don't dare to try food in college hostel please.

Faculty: Satisfied with way of teaching from faculty, but infrastructure is useless. If there is developed any infrastructure it should be great. For civil there is not good placements, if you want to do B.Tech, it will be best otherwise don't select this college for placements and others.

Other: Don't expect any fests, any events and any extra curricular events expect sports.

Absolutely satisfied with this college because of the good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements in our college is quite good. There are some students who got selected for their interviews and secured a good job. The highest package in a college is 2.5 lacs per annum which is a great achievement. Across Andhra Pradesh There are several companies who recruited our Diploma students in our College.

Infrastructure: Aur college is good for education and comes to the infrastructure it is a bit low the buildings are constructed in 1946 and they are of poor maintenance so some of the buildings are not suitable for the students to study within but when it comes to the labs the labs are quite good and the equipment used in the Laboratories are very well organised and the library there are plenty of books used for engineers and students and lecturers. There is no hostel facility in a college but there is a canteen in front of the college and it is used for all purposes like breakfast, lunch. The sports and games in our college is very good. The lecturer's always encourage every student to play games.

Faculty: The faculty is so friendly with the students and the curriculum is also not over burden to the students. Through this curriculum the students may study with ease and secure good marks. The pass percentage in the semester is 35% as it is semester system soon after 10th standard it is little bit difficult for every student to gain knowledge and gain marks simultaneously. But doing some hard work we can gain marks easily.

Other: I choose to become a civil engineer so I just choose civil engineering as my course. With minor interest in the Civil Engineering I can become a civil engineer easily. When it comes to improvement in the course there are no such things that should improve in the course. It is well organised and friendly to the students. There are some events that occur in a college yearly. Scholarships in a pre graduate course is necessary and there are some Non governmental organisations and government organisations that provide free scholarship.

Diploma in Civil engineering in Andhra Polytechnic College.

Placements: My friends get a package of 16,600/- per month. Only JMC visited for placements. Out of 15 who applied for campus placements, 7 got placement. They got placement in Hyderabad and other far places in Andhra Pradesh.

Infrastructure: This college has no Wi-Fi but has better labs, classrooms, library etc. Currently, there is no hostel and the canteen is not so good. There is a great ground for playing, In the rainy season, the college gets flooded as there is no proper drainage for rainwater.

Faculty: Teaching is good. The faculty is qualified. Yes, the Civil course has industrial training and the semester exams are so easy to pass if you study well. If you ignore the classes and enjoy, you can't pass the exams. Generally pass percentage is 35% for written exams and 50% for lab exams.

The college was very good.

Placements: Actually, it's a government college. In my course, 20% of students were selected for placements. Average package was offered 1.8 Lacs per annum. And top recruiting companies are JMC, L&T and R&B. And 20% of students got internship from our course.

Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are very good. The infrastructure was also okay. The library and digital classes are very good in our college and the lab equipment are good. And we don't have a water facility. Our college hostel was under construction during our college days.

Faculty: The teachers have very good teaching skills with qualifications of Mtech. They are helpful, knowledgeable and very experienced faculty. This course is curriculum relevant and the pass percentage of our course is 70%. And it makes the students industry-ready.

I am very well satisfied because of the faculty members and good infrastructure.

Placements: Approximately 25% of our class strength got campus recruitment. The highest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. We can get jobs in top recruiting companies like JMC, L&T and R&B.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, classrooms and the library are very good in our college, and our college treats us very well. There is no drinking water facility in the college, and also there is only some equipment in the labs. Our college hostel is under construction during our college days, but the college food and canteen are somewhat good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in this college. They are well knowledgeable and very friendly with us so that we can clarify our doubts very easily. Semester exams are somewhat hard in this college, but we can get more knowledge from these exams. The pass percentage is between 65 to 70%.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, and good placements in 2022.

Placements: Around 60 members got placed in my course. Rs. 25,000 is the highest salary offered, and Rs. 12,000 is the lowest package offered in my course. L&T Constructions, Tata and Mahindra are the top recruiting companies in my course. Around 20% of students got internships from my course. Assistant engineer roles are offered in my course.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in my course are labs, Wi-Fi, classrooms, computer room and a library. The quality of facilities in the hostel is not good. Quality of food available in mess and canteen is not good and tasteless. There are no medical facilities. Sports like cricket and games like chess are played on the campus.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, but their teaching quality is not good. They are not punctual. They complete the syllabus on time. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in construction. The best things are the library, labs and computer lab. Washrooms must be renovated. There are no events and fests. Scholarships are provided.

Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
