if you're looking at Army College of Dental Sciences, you should know they only offer the BDS programme - that's the dental degree. It takes 5 years to complete, including the mandatory internship year, and it's fully recognised by India's dental education authorities. Why BDS at ACDS? - Reputation: Backed by the Indian Army, known for discipline & quality education. - Clinical Exposure: Hands-on training at Military Hospitals and affiliated centers. - Placements: Opportunities in armed forces dental corps, private practice, or higher studies (MDS). - NEET-based admission (No management quota). Since ACDS specializes in dentistry, BDS is the best (and only) course here. If you want medical (MBBS), you'd need to look elsewhere.

No, The Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS) Secunderabad doesn't offer direct placements into the Army Dental Corps after an MDS, it's a good college for networking and pursuing post-graduation, with graduates having options for private practice or further studies. Recruiting is average, and few students get placed in the Army on the basis of NEET rank, and some go abroad or start their private practice. Some continue post-graduation from this college. Students do not get placed directly from college.
