For first year BDS students at Army College of Dental Sciences, the total annual fee including tuition, hostel and refundable security deposit amounts to about INR 5.05 lakh. An amount of INR 1200/- PM is paid every month to students as stipend during their period of internship. For civilian candidates, present tuition fee is Rs 45,000/- PM. For the total fee of second to fourth year, students are notified before the commencement of next academic year.

The mandatory internship gives the students critical field experience that is required for any aspiring doctor. With a meagre seat intake of 3 in MDS Orthdontics, the admission into the college is highly competitive and selective. The high competition ensures that only the top students get admitted to the course, hence, providing a rigorous environment for students. While, there are no direct placements from the college, students do get placed in the Army.
Army college of Dental Sciences offers hostels for its students and charges a fee of INR 40,000/-. A Demand Draft for INR 40,000/- must be prepared in favor of Army College of Dental Sciences (Hostel/Mess A/c) payable at Secunderabad or Hyderabad. Alternatively the fee can be paid through NEFT/RTGS at the time of admission also. Hostels are compulsory for all students in the college.
