Internship Program – Tapasya College

The Tapasya Internship Program is an initiative by Tapasya College of Commerce and Management (Hyderabad/Bengaluru) offering industry exposure to final-year students in Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Business Consulting firms. With this initiative, students are going to learn how professional setups work while they are still studying. By collaborating with the established organisations, the internship program ensures that the students gain useful insights into employment standards, expectations, as well as professional practices.

Career Opportunities for B.Com Students

Through Tapasya Internship Program, the B.Com students receive practical exposure to the basic financial and accounting practices. They can actively participate in essential tasks like accounting processes, preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, and handling GST returns. This hands-on experience helps B.Com students to understand how theoretical accounting concepts are applied in professional work settings and prepares them to pursue their future careers in finance, taxation and auditing.

Practical Exposure for BBA Students

For BBA students, the internship program offers a closer view of how businesses operate and manage their internal work processes and protocols. Students will learn about business operations, organisational workflows and decision-making processes. This exposure helps students to understand the corporate world and its professional practices.
