Do not come to this college.

Placements: Only a few companies account for 90 percent of sales. Almost all students can sit in placement, and also zero placement support from the faculty of the college. Only 2 or 3 good companies are coming to the college, and the average package offered is 5 LPA, which is also the highest.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speed is average of 20 Mbps. The computer lab is excellent almost all pc are new. The canteen and mess food are also okay not that good. There is also no good opportunity in the sports field. The college environment is also not good. Classroom does not have smart boards.

Faculty: Curriculum is easy to pass the exam. Semester exams are average in difficulty. Teachers are helpful. There is a strict 75 percent attendance policy and the improvement fees are also high. Around 500 and semester exam fests are 2200 and back fees are around 900 for one subject.

Other: Few fest and also not good. Everything is average and below average.

Good campus and friendly crowd, decent placements, needs more practical learning.

Placements: Approximately 50% of the students are placed in my course. In my course, the highest package was 20 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. Alpha AI, Scale AI, and Haptik are the top recruiting companies in my course. Around 60 to 70 percent of students got internships from my course, with companies like Alpha AI, Infosys, Amazon, etc. Top roles offered in my course are CEO, AI/ML engineer, data scientist, MLOps engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: BKBIET has a big campus with modern classrooms, good labs, and a large library. There are six hostels (four for boys, two for girls) with common rooms, indoor games, and a cool rooftop canteen. The hostel is clean with basic needs. Mess food is okay. The canteen has snacks. Medical help is available. Sports and games are also available.

Faculty: The teachers at the college are helpful and well-qualified. They know their subjects and explain things clearly, making it easier to understand. The course curriculum is up-to-date and useful for getting jobs in the industry. It includes important topics that help students become ready for work. The semester exams are not too difficult but still test your knowledge well. Most students pass their exams on time.

Other: I chose this course because I like technology and wanted to learn coding. The best part is learning new things like AI and projects. I wish there are more practical classes. The college has fun events and fests. The crowd is friendly. The campus is peaceful but not in a big city. Scholarships are given. There are clubs and many activities to join.

About my college and teachers.

Placements: From the 7th semester, we are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies visited during placements like 55, Infosys, Birla Group, etc. The highest package is 15 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA. 60% of students got placements. My plans are I will apply in a good company and then prepare for GATE exam.

Faculty: Our college is under BTU and they organize semester exams very late. Most students pass semester exams and only 10% of students out of 100% fail semester exam. Faculty members are nice, they help alot in exams and college also sessional exams by which students can easily attempt semester exam. All courses are great and useful in their fields. I am a student of computer science branch in which I learned many things and programming language and other subjects also. The difficulty level of exams is pretty good but because we practice a lot the whole year we can easily pass with good grades in semester exams.

Other: Gym timing in college is different for boys and girls. Girls have access in the morning, and for boys timing is in the evening, and library opens at 9:00 AM and stays open till 9:00 PM and closes on Sunday. Campus timing is 7:00 PM after that we can't go outside the campus. Hostel timing is 8:00 PM for girls and for boys its 9:00 OM. The hangout places are canteen and food arts.

Faculty was good but needs improvement in placements related to domain.

Placements: In my domain, not a single company came for the placement. The company came for placements that are for sales and for other domains. In my domain, artificial intelligence did not have a single placement from college. Placement is not good; we had to struggle in the placements so there is a need for improvement in this sector.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The Wi-Fi is working well in the labs and hostel areas. The hostel rooms are also good but there food is not good in the mess. There is need of improvement in the food served in the mess. Medical and sports facilities are average.

Faculty: The great thing regarding the college is its faculty; they support at every stage, and teaching quality is good. Curriculum is also relevant. The difficulty level is 7/10. The passing percentage is 40-50%. The only bad thing is that there is a need for only good companies to come for placements on the campus related to the domain.
