BMS College of Law LLB is a three-year postgraduate degree programme, divided into six semesters and offered in full-time mode. The LLB course is an undergraduate degree programme in Law degree/ courses. The college follows the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008. The BMS College of Law accepts applications for LLB courses in both online and offline modes. The basic eligibility criteria required by the college to get admission into the LLB programme is the applicant must complete Class 12 from the recognised board of education and must have graduated in any discipline with at least an aggregate of 45% for general category and 40% is accepted for SC & ST category.
The BMS College of Law LLB admission is based on the scores secured in the BMSCLAT entrance exam. This entrance exam is an in-house entrance exam of a college. In addition, to the eligibility criteria, the applicant must be less than 30 years in the case of general category and less than 35 years in the case of SC, ST and other backward communities.
