Placements: The college is taking new initiatives in providing placements in bank firms. They also provide regional and international internship opportunities for the students. The college has envisioned international learning exposure for the students with the guidance of international courses.

Infrastructure: Bajaj College has the best infrastructure in Ludhiana city. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are air-conditioned. There is a presentation room with proper seating arrangement, and there are smart TVs for digital learning. There was no issue regarding electricity during my tenure. The campus itself creates a very joyful and different innovative environment for students. There is an entrepreneurial lab which gives the perfect space to the young minds to develop potential thoughts.

Faculty: Each teacher in our college was very supportive in providing any means of help to the students for their learning and education. They always try to empower the students to take practical learning experience, in order to get the best knowledge. Everyone provides proper attention towards the concept clearance. They also encourage the students to take other opportunities to enhance oneself as a competent individual. We use to get the necessary doubt clearance classes, extra notes, important questions, guidance in preparing the project work, presentations.

Other: The college organised various events and functions to indulge the students in the best possible manner by assigning some duties, roles, etc. Scholarships are provided here, and they also encourage bright students. Bajaj College is very active in encouraging the students to be future ready by indulging them in various platforms and events happening around the city.
