The institute offers the option of applying through Management Quota for those who may not have a high percentile in exams like MH-CET, CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, IIFT, CET, CMAT, MAT, or other MBA entrance exams. The college accepts number of entrance exam for its admission. 

The cutoff eligibility criteria for an MBA at BIMM, Sri Balaji University are that candidates must be graduates from a UGC-recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category). Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply. The admission committee may give more weightage to higher marks in graduation. Candidates are required to have taken at least one exam out of CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or MH-CET. MAT exams held after August/September 2023 to May 2024 will be considered for admission to the academic year 2024-26.
