The last date of SBEST registrations 2025 is July 21, 2025. The SBEST 2025 exam is not being conducted. The admissions to the Sri Balaji University are done through the scores of other MBA entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT or MAH-CET. The GDPI round through these scores will be done from January to June 2025.

What is SBEST?

Shri Balaji Entrance Screening Test (SBEST) is an MBA entrance exam conducted by Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP). SBUP is ranked among the four top MBA colleges in Pune. The entrance exam is optional in nature. Candidates can take the SBEST exam if they have not appeared for other management exams such as CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/MAH-CET. The Shri Balaji University offers an MBA in about nine specialisations. SBEST is conducted in an online mode and the programme is spread across three years.

Q:   What is the duration of SBEST exam?

The SBEST exam 2025 will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Candidates have to visit the exam centre to take the test. The SBEST exam will be conducted for one hour or 60 minutes. All the 60 multiple-choice questions will be required to be solved within the given time limit. Students will not be given any extra time to solve the question paper.

SBEST question paper 2025 has three sections in total. These sections have multiple-choice questions which are to be solved within one hour or 60 minutes. These sections are:

SBEST Admission Process 2025

The SBEST 2025 admission process includes the following:

Step 1: SBEST Registrations

Candidates who wish to appear for the SBEST exam need to register themselves on the official website of Shri Balaji University, Pune. The SBEST application form is available online. Candidates need to pay the application fee for SBUP University and an additional fee for the SBEST exam if they opt to appear for the exam.

Step 2: SBEST Admit Card

The SBEST 2025 admit cards will be released online after the applicants have completed the application process. The candidates will be able to download the admit card by using their login credentials.

Step 3: SBEST Mock Test

SBEST mock test 2025 will be conducted online as well. The mock test link will be made live on the official website. The SBEST mock test will be conducted for 15 minutes and there will be 15 questions. The mock test will be conducted from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Step 4: SBEST Exam

Entrance exam scores of management exams such as CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ MAH-CET are accepted for admission to the MBA programme offered by Shri Balaji University, Pune. If the candidate has not appeared for any of these exams or wishes to improve the result for admission to SBUP, then they can appear for the SBEST exam. The SBEST exam will be conducted in the online mode for one hour. The exam will have 60 questions which are to be solved in 1 hour. The exam will have multiple-choice questions spread across three sections.

Step 5: SBEST Results

The SBEST result will be available online in the form of scorecards. The test takers will be able to check their scores using their login credentials created during the application process.

The SBEST exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam have to visit the exam centre to take the exam. The exam time will be mentioned on the SBEST admit card and the candidates must report to the exam centre at least an hour before the exam and be seated at least 30 minutes prior.
