Hostels facilities of this college is awesome.
Placements: Students become eligible after completing their internship, ke in the mid of the third semester we can sit for the placement in the college. Companies like Saint Gobain, Axis bank HDFC, Bajaj etc. The highest package offered was 13 lacs and the average package was 6 lacs.85% of students get placement in last year.
Infrastructure: Full facilities water, gas, bathroom, kitchen etc. Good meal quality there are 3 cafeterias one provides full vegetarian food. No, as such registration process, only need to opt for it during admission, the hostel is only for 1st year then we need to find our own accommodation. Hostels are affordable. Near Pimpri Chinchwad Pune.
Faculty: I choose this course because I have always been a person who is interested in management and strategy implementation and decision making processes. So, after consultation with people and self realisation I choose to go through this process. The students Ratio is 35:1. The qualification of the faculty members was nice they were knowledgeable and the pedagogy for teaching was also simple. Course fees:-INR 600000 per year.

It is the best college to study.
Placements: Our college holds a 100% placements record. Internships are provided in the second term and it conducts a placement session for 3 to 4 days where the entire batch gets placed. More than 120 companies visit our campus to offer placements such as Google, Microsoft, etc. The highest salary package offered is 78 LPA and the average salary package is 20 LPA to 22 LPA. Around 100% of placements are provided on campus.
Infrastructure: Hostels were very big and attractive. They were provided on campus. The infrastructure of our college was beautiful with a building. Mess food was very good and served food twice a day. It served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items.
Faculty: The course curriculum in the first two semesters was rigorous and academically heavy. It included six subjects in every department. From the second year, the course curriculum was based on their respective domain. Teachers in our college hold Ph.D. They had experience in their fields. Our college conducted mid-term and end-term exams for a semester.

I am satisfied with placement scenario, infrastructure and support that it provides to its students.
Placements: Around 95% of the students get placed for PM & HRD. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA by Vedanta, and the lowest salary package offered was around 5 LPA. Top recruiters of college are Vedanta, Infosys, Amazon, etc. Top roles offered include HR, business partner, Talent acquisition, HR trainee and many more roles in employee engagement, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is great. They have a classic 460 seater auditorium in BIMM itself where we get to attend a lot of guest lectures. There are classrooms, an indoor swimming pool and a gym. Classrooms and libraries are also well structured and maintained with full smart class projectors. Balaji Institute also has 2 mess/canteen which serves pocket-friendly and good hygienic food.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well experienced, and most of them are holding PhD degrees. It makes students industry-ready with a lot of experienced teaching faculty members. They also have few external faculty members, especially for PM & HRD who come on weekends and take special classes for every student. So I think getting knowledge about the real work scenarios and practical experience from these experts is what makes students industry-ready.

I am satisfied with placements, faculty members and discipline.
Placements: Almost 99% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte and Vedanta visit our campus for placements. About 80% of students from our course got an internship. Roles like an HR manager, manager and senior manager at talent acquisition department, and hiring department roles of assistant manager, manager and senior manager are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library and guest lectures by industry leaders in auditoriums. In the hostel, our college provides facilities like furnished large rooms, complimentary breakfast, gym, swimming pool, laundry and good quality food. A doctor is available on the campus. Our college also provides a football ground.
Faculty: Our college provides guest lecturers from across different industries and many lectures from teachers who have been business leaders. Their teaching is decent and focused. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it follows London Business School curriculum. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready.
Other: Our college provides ROI and good facilities. Our college should provide long hours of breaks between classes, and it should conduct a few assignments. Every festival across India is celebrated here, but they do not give holidays.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed in the HR batch, and the total intake is 60 as of 30th January 2020. The highest salary package offered is 13.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, ICICI Prudential, Schlumberger, Hyundai, Deloitte, Firstsource, Vedanta, Bajaj Allianz, Publicis.Sapient visit our campus for placements. Top roles like talent acquisition, training and development, HR generalist, business partner, industrial relations, and SAP HR are offered to the students. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in organisations like Schlumberger, Anand Group, DTDC, Deloitte, Atlas Copco, Hyatt and HDFC Bank.
Infrastructure: The institute is well-equipped with 5 labs that have a combined seating capacity for 300 students. Classrooms are spacious with projector, desktop and LAN connection. The library has abundant reference materials and corporate magazines. The hostel is available only for the first-year students on first-come, serve basis. It provides 3-sharing rooms with attached washroom, and 4 such rooms form a cluster. Quality of the food provided on the campus is decent and light on the pocket. There is a 24-hour of ambulance facility on the campus with a doctor visiting every morning. The hostel has facilities like a gymnasium, basketball court, volleyball court and in front of the institute buildings are utilised for cricket and football. The college provides indoor games like table tennis, chess and carrom on request.
Faculty: The entire course is taken by external faculty members who have huge industry experience and great domain knowledge. The entire set of faculty members are quite passionate about the subject and very helpful at the same time. They enjoy chatting with the students to relax so that students don't feel the pressure of the course. All faculty members are soft-spoken and highly intellectual. The course curriculum is revised on a regular basis, and suggestions are made by students. Faculty members are welcomed by the academics department. Some subjects have more theoretical knowledge, but they carry importance in a particular industry. Overall the course does its best to make students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was always planning to pursue MBA since my working days at Infosys. The choice was easy since the HR domain suited my personality, which carries an ability to build consensus among everyone and be empathetic and inclusive while thinking about others. HR Specialisation at BIMM needs to incorporate one thing that is certifications by leading e-learning platforms that can give student managers headstart to their corporate career. The annual fest named Drishti brings out the spirit in the institute, and everyone ensures total participation in the various events as per their capabilities. The connectivity by road to the institute is good, especially as it close to the NH-4. The Pune International Airport and Pune Railway Station is 24 KM and 18 KM away respectively. The public transport is highly weak in the Pune, so private vehicles, cabs and autos are preferred. The campus surroundings are beautiful as the city is nestled in the Sahyadri ranges which have a lot to explore if you are an avid traveller. The institute offers numerous extracurricular activities like debates, quiz and trips.

Hello Aditi, The selection process does not revolve around the entrance examination while making the merit list as it carries only 30% weightage. The institute does not believe in definitive cut-off figures and Group Discussion and Personal Interview carry a weightage of 40% and 30%. Hope this info

There will be some company which have criteria above 60% there you won't be able to sit, else you will be able to sit in all others. So don't worry but look for other colleges also as a backup so that if not BIMM then others. For more queries comment below

For PGDM in Marketing, Balaji costs around 7.5 lacs just for education. You can add 3.5 lacs for accommodation and other expenses. So, somewhere around 10-11 lakhs will be the cost. ROI is decent. Best regards.
