Honest review of the college .

Placements: No campus placement is provided here. A plan and general course are provided and there are no companies recruiting from our campus. No student was recruited. The college is a government college without any affiliation with any company. The courses that are taught are general.

Infrastructure: As per me, there is a lot of room for improvement in the hostel, classroom and labs too. There are no primary medical facilities on campus and annually, on a given day, our annual sports day is celebrated. The food in the canteen is affordable and good but it must improve hygiene as well.

Faculty: The course is followed and improvised in accordance with the CBCS curriculum. The pieces that are taught in college are yet to be planned and lack influence in our daily lives. Theories and background studies need much attention, as they are one of the most important topics. The method of teaching is very poor and quite basic. The teachers are helpful but not all of them are qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams are planned and lack creativity too.

Other: Due to some personal reasons, I was kind of forced to choose this college. The courses are easy-going and quite easy-scoring. From my perspective, I would like to focus on the background as well as contemporary works of the piece in the course. Every year, the student college organizes a college freshers' day and a social function. There is no crowd, and our campus is very small.

College is very good for students who have a financially weak background.

Placements: Our batch is next batch after the COVID 19 out break. We entered the with some hope of placement and we achieve it. Most of us get job in csc. Monthly of 60 thousands. Rest of our batch start warking as a seller or shop keeper or in other sector of society.

Infrastructure: Our college has a big library whi have 2 study rooms. Students are provided free Wi-Fi all over the college campus. Classrooms are NEET and clean. College also have a small canteen. Canteen food is not so good. Sports tool provided by the college union.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. All of them equally love all the students. Course curriculum is no so relevent. Semester exam is everage not so difficult not so easy. Pass percentage is 40. Pass accuracy is the highest among bu university.

It is a great college with various opportunities.

Placements: There was no guarantee for placements. The college gives you an opportunity but does not guarantee anyone by agreement. There were only a few options for placements. Our branch was English, so no companies came here. Only TCS came & 15 students got jobs. Internships were not offered. So the placement scenario was not good in our college.

Infrastructure: Facilities in our college were incredible. The college building was very huge. Classrooms were very big & open. Wi-Fi facility was also available. The college library was very good. Online PDFs were also available for reading in the library. There were 3 college hostels in our college, 2 for boys & 1 for girls. The security of the hostel was also very good. The food served in the mess & canteen was very good. Many dishes were available in our canteen. Teachers also ate there.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very much helpful and were highly qualified from famous institutions. The course curriculum was very much relevant for everyone, and it can help students as best as they can build their industry. Semester exams were not difficult enough. They were very much moderate with modern questions. The passing percentage was 80%.

Other: I opted for this college because it is the best college for literature subjects as there are many intellectual teachers. I think the campus area has to be increased and the scholarship percentage must be increased. Annual sports ceremony, Saraswati Puja, freshers, NCC program, half free-full free scholarship, NSS program, etc., were held.

Our college is good for every student who wants to be a good teacher in future.

Placements: The placement rate of our college is very poor, which is nearly 30%-40% every year. As it is a general degree college, about 2-3 companies visit here every year like Jindal, CNN News and Kolkata TV. They offered the highest salary package of 3 LPA in this year. The lowest salary package offered was Rs. 60,000 per annum 2 years ago, but the average salary package offered was 1.7 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is Jindal. Students are not interested in internships because we are in B.A course, so internships don't matter for us.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are of moderate level here. However, the library facility is outstanding, and there are lots of books for students. Separate classrooms and labs are available, but there is no Wi-Fi facility on our campus. Hostel facilities are available in our college for boys and girls, but they are not for every student. Hostel facilities are provided only for students who stay 30 km away from our college location. The food served here is good. A canteen is also available only during college time. Our college has its own medical college named Bankura Sammilani Medical College, so medical facilities are available 24x7. Various types of games are not available, and only cricket and football tournaments are conducted by our college one time a year.

Faculty: Teachers here are really good and friendly, so we can ask our doubts freely. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. In our course, industry visits are not possible because our subjects are completely arts-based. Semester examinations are conducted by our Bankura University, so semester exams are not very easy. However, for students who study regularly, it is very easy to pass. The pass percentage is 70%-80%.

Other: I chose this course because I want to be a teacher in future. I suggest our college to take more care of students because the pass percentage is very low. Every year we participate in many events like drawing competitions, social activities, etc. The fest is also organised by our college. The location of our college is far from the main road, so we face the transportation problem, but it is not a big issue. The state government provides many scholarships for our college students. Extracurricular activities are not conducted.

It is one of the best colleges to finish graduation, but not that helpful to get placements.

Placements: Placements are the biggest problem that students are facing nowadays. Our college does not provide any job after completing graduation. A graduation degree is just a certificate of merit, and it is applicable if you get a job with your own efforts.

Infrastructure: Students get free Wi-Fi in our college, and we can enjoy 1 GB of free internet per day. It helps us to make official works faster. There is a canteen inside our college, and we can finish our breakfast if needed. There is no ground inside our college, which is a bit disappointing. There are a big library and labs for physics, chemistry and geography, which makes our educational life easy.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they behave very well with students. Office staff members are also very good, and they too behave decently with us. We can get help easily from them any time. Nowadays, graduation is a must to apply for a competitive exam or to get a job. According to that, it is worth it, and we can gather lots of knowledge too.

Other: I have chosen this course because it is easy to complete. I am also more knowledgeable and mature about the subjects, so I have chosen it.
