Behara College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) is a premier engineering college established in the year 2024, it is part of the Vijaya (Behara) Welfare Educational Society. The Institute is duly approved by AICTE and affiliated with Jawaharlal Technological University, Gurajada, Vizianagaram (JNTUGV). The university offers five BTech programmes, the specialisations include Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science).
The infrastructure of the College is spread over 10 acres of land. The Institute is well equipped with Laboratories, Workshops, Conference/Seminar Halls, spacious Classrooms, Cafeteria, Hostel accommodation (separate for boys and girls). The campus also has a clinic to attend emergency and check students' general health. The college has provided bus transport facilities covering Visakhapatnam's nearby parts, namely Airport, Railway Station, RTC Complex, Pendurty, Sabbavaram, Anakapally, Vizianagaram.
