STEP 1: BIMTECH PGDM Application Process 2026

• Enter the verified site of BIMTECH and tap on the admission link.
• Register with basic details.
• Login and complete the application by submitting document and paying fee of INR 2,250.

BIMTECH Documents Required for Admission

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheet
• Mark sheet of Graduation (All years/semesters for applicants who have completed Graduation). All mark sheets till the last exam in case of candidates appearing in the final year examination (1st attempt) in the summer
• Valid scorecard (Whichever is applicable as per the ‘Program Preferences’ opted in your application form
• For applicants having work experience of a minimum period of one year
• Work experience certificate(s) or
• Appointment letter of current/last employer and Pay slip of last drawn salary
• For getting regional weightage, submission of valid proof of residence is a must. The domicile certificate is issued by a competent authority. Copy of passport/Aadhar, etc. can be submitted as an additional document. (Applicable only to the candidates coming from other than the UP & NCR Region)

STEP 2: Selection Rounds

The university selects students based on entrance test scores. Students who get shortlisted have to appear for extempore and PI. The final selection depends on below mentioned criteria:

STEP 3: Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates have to report to the institute and pay the prescribed fees. students must pay the fees in the prescribed timeframe to secure their admission.

Some eligibility and conditions to apply for the Late Basant Kumar Birla Admission Merit scholarships are as follows:

• The institute will be disbursed the scholarship after the successful completion of the programme.
• Students must have a minimum CGPA of 7.0 in each term exam.
• Candidates must have no reported case related to misconduct under the BIMTECH Honor Code.
