BIMTECH Fees 2026

BIMTECH offers financial support through entrance merit waivers, term-wise academic performance awards, and specialized endowments.

1. Late Basant Kumar Birla Admission Merit Scholarship

Students admitted under the Merit Category who achieve top scores in entrance exams receive a partial tuition fee waiver:

• Important Rule: This BIMTECH scholarship fee waiver is strictly for candidates who apply through CAT or XAT test scores across all full-time PGDM programs.

2. Late GD Birla Academic Merit Scholarship

This award recognizes top academic performers across Term I to Term IV:

• Rank 1: INR 50,000 per term.
• Rank 2: INR 25,000 per term.
• Payment Terms: The complete scholarship amount is sent straight to the student's bank account within 15 days of Term VI results declaration.
• Eligibility: Candidates must pass all term exams on their first attempt without any backlogs or unfair means violations.

3. Institutional Endowments and Special Awards

• Madhuri and Jagdish Sheth Endowment Fund: Created using a INR 10 Lakh fund to reward consistent academic achievers.
• Madam Madhuri J Sheth Award for Female Rank Holders: Offered INR 50,000 total cash prize (INR 25,000 each) to the top female students in PGDM and PGDM-IB programmes based on overall CGPA up to Term 6.
• Jagdish N Sheth Best PhD Thesis Award: An annual cash award of INR 50,000 given for the best PhD research thesis.
• Late Sarala Birla Doctoral Grant: A financial grant of INR 1 Lakh per year for 3 consecutive years, awarded to female doctoral scholars from developing nations.

4. Education Loan Assistance

BIMTECH partners with leading private and public financial institutions to provide priority education loans to enrolled candidates:

• Banking Partners: State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, HDFC Credila, IDFC FIRST Bank, Yes Bank, and Kuhoo.
