OBC - NCL candidates are treated as general candidates in BIT Mesra.
6 years ago Bit mesara mein obc NCL ke liye seat hoti hai ya nahi. ( bit Jaipur, Patna, Deoghar etc. ). My JEE Main rank in obc NCL is 132520.

No, you are not eligible for M.Tech from BIT K R Puram without appearing in GATE exam. Admission in this college is done through GATE ranking, which will create problems for you to get admission. Best of luck.

According to your caste, cut off is around 74 and you didn't cross your cut off. So, I think you should try for next attempt.
