Further, the top 10%, 30% and 50% of the batch received an average package of INR 3.62 lakh, INR 3.10 lakh and INR 2.68 lakh, respectively. A total of 54 recruiters have placed all 133 students of the MBA batch during BITSoM summer placements 2024-26. Companies such as JP Morgan, Flipkart and McKinsey emerged as the top recruiters.

Satisfied with the faculty and management of the BITSoM.

Placements: BITSoM offers the best placements and internship opportunities to its students in the MBA course. Around 40–50% of the students get successfully placed at this college in the MBA course. The average package offered in the MBA course was between 4 and 8 LPA. Various management and strategic companies, such as Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, KPMG, etc., visit the college for on-campus placements.

Infrastructure: A well-maintained and developed infrastructure is available in the BITSoM for the MBA course. All kinds of necessary facilities are available on the college campus for students. College management provides the best-quality modern facilities to the students for their interactive learning. A hostel facility was also available for the students. The food in the mess was comparatively good and healthy. The rooms at the college were also good.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers available at the BITSoM for the MBA course are highly qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers at the college were helpful and supportive of the students. Teachers were providing all the necessary assistance to the students. The course curriculum of the college was relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Exams at the college were not that hard to pass.
