Overall review of BNMIT School of Management.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 to 5 LPA. Management is optimistic that these packages will continue to increase each academic year. Major recruitment organisations are E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte, TCS, PwC, ICICI Bank, and many more. Regarding academic offerings, our institute provides programs in business analytics, marketing, human capital management, finance, and supply chain management.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The management has been divided into different departments. Teachers are highly qualified professionals and are always there to guide the students. The computer labs and the library are good. They have a very good canteen, but it's a little bit small, and good sports areas, especially for badminton.

Faculty: Our faculty members are qualified and friendly professionals. They guide students in every aspect of their educational life at BNMIT. The teaching takes place through smart boards and presentations. It is quite effective and easy to understand this way; presentations, images, or videos are added along with the content that needs to be understood. They provide the practical learning education, and it will be the key to success, along with our hard work in creating that good impression at the end.

Other: Expecting more practical learning along with theoretical concepts of it (OBEL program), they are recognized and awarded after every semester. There are extracurricular activities such as OBEL, a program designed to improve team building, communication, leadership, etc. Conferences to be a volunteer of several inter-college competitions that we can be a part of. The college has so many interesting clubs, like Adventure Club, Finance Club, Bloom Club, and many more. It is a good experience to be with.

The obel at Big Barn Farm is the best.

Placements: The placements are good, recently the placements have been dropped for finance, there is a 100% placement for HR and marketing, but now the placements for finance have dropped. Companies like Accenture, JP Morgan, KPMG, etc. Will come to hire freshers. The average package is 4 LPA and the highest may be around 8 LPA and the lowest may be 3.5 LPA. Around 50-60% got internships in the companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent, there are labs, a library, and AC in every classroom. The college is located in a residential area. There is a canteen in the college, where only normal chats, south Indian meals, and breakfast are available. The internals will be conducted, where the students will write the answers in the tab, which will be a different experience. There will be inter-department sports events conducted every year. There is also a college team culture and sports which will participate in the intercollege events and vtu competition.

Faculty: Teachers are good, they help in clarifying the doubts of students. The teaching quality is good, they aim to make students understand concepts and bring out the student's innovative ideas outside. They will conduct events where the students can present their innovative ideas. The courses help the students to get to know about the industry and gain knowledge about the industry. The semester exams will be challenging, where the student's pass percentage is above 95%. The students should maintain 85% attendance.

Other: I chose an MBA to complete my master's degree and I want to be a businessman. The best thing about the course is it will help in understanding about the business activities. Every year scholarship is provided to the students based on their merit. The campus surrounding is a residential area. The campus is near Banashankari metro station around 1.2km, and the nearby by stop is around 500 meters. There will be an event called "OBEL" where the students will be taken to another farm called "BIG BARN FARM" for a week and the activities will be conducted.

Placements: I am proud to be a student at BNMIT and a member of the BNM family which has encouraged me to pursue my MBA. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the average package is 4.5 LPA. As part of our close-knit community, we are optimistic that these packages will continue to increase each academic year. Our esteemed corporate partners include KPMG, Deloitte, TCS, PwC, ICICI Bank, and Northern Trust. Regarding academic offerings, our institute provides programs in business analytics, digital strategy, applied marketing, human capital management, and banking and finance.

Infrastructure: We have a digital library and provide Wi-Fi connection facilities for both students and staff. Our classrooms are equipped with smart, digitalized boards and are well-ventilated, creating a technology-driven learning space. The BNM Cafe (canteen) offers a variety of dining options. Additionally, blood donation camps are conducted every year, and we encourage athletes and sports-driven students to pursue their growth and development.

Faculty: Faculty, members, coordinators, and professors provide enhanced take always every class and session. They provide the facilities of guest lectures every Saturday which is a major part of quality teaching of the management course. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares the students industry-ready by inviting industry experts to the campus, sessions, and activities that would help our growth.

Other: The energetic batch of 2024-2026 has truly accomplished great things and focuses on individual improvements that are feasible for the students. We have the opportunity to interact with many industry experts during various corporate events organised by the institute, as well as through competitions related to these events. This exposure helps us to grow and enhance our skills. The pleasant environment here undoubtedly contributes to our learning experience. Also, scholarships are awarded after each semester's exams based on performance. We also encourage participation in a variety of cultural activities.

Review of someone who's been a part of BNMIT for 2 months.

Placements: I have not got there yet, but heard a positive response from seniors. Every college has its set of eligibility criteria for better placement opportunities, and as a student, we fail to reach the set eligibility, and it is not really the college issue. We do have companies like EY and Deloitte doing a campus drive, and the management helps in lots of pre-placement training, which helps groom us into go-getters.

Infrastructure: I do not really know as I'm not a part of it. Haven't really heard anything about it, don't have friends who are taking the facility. As an observer from a distance, I can confirm it is clean and well-maintained. The hostel food is definitely good and hygienic as it's a part of the canteen food which is very good and healthy. The review may vary from others this is from the prospect of a viewer.

Faculty: Teachers are very flexible and easy to approach. They teach in depth. We have a well-structured lesson plan and a lot of group assignments and presentations, which not only put creativity to use but also make it fun. Exams are mostly application-based, which helps us use real-time thoughts in every concept.

Dissatisfied with frequent faculty change.

Placements: 40% are placed in our course. The lowest package offered is 2 lakhs and the highest is 6 lakhs. The top recruiting company is Accenture.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are okay. The department is okay. The library is okay but the Wi-Fi network is pathetic. The food was provided in the beginning but due to some reasons, it was stopped.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful but not qualified as much as required they are old fashioned teachers who follow the old rules are very hard to change. They don't want to cope with new technology.

No compromise in academics.

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark, they concentrate more on soft-skill training in the college. Due to the lack of soft skills, many companies are rejecting the college for the campus drive. Than academics college as to concentrate on soft-skill and management activities also.

Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure, management is maintaining very well. The only drawback is they don't have parking facilities only. And also they have to maintain good AV room as well as auditorium. Computer lab is very well maintained, and we have a garden inside the campus as well.

Faculty: Faculty members are well knowledge and have friendly relationship with the students, with good teaching skills. Every faculty is treated as motivator by the students. When it comes to academics teachers are the key persons for the good results every year. We are lucky to have such faculty members in our college.
