Bundelkhand Degree College, the worst college.

Placements: They don't offer placements, it is the worst college of my life. I regret after taking admission in this college. 50% of students are pursuing courses from this college, they offer B.A., B.Ed, and Law courses in college. I am doing B.A. I recommend other people to not study and take admission to this college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is poor. There's no Wi-Fi facility in classrooms. Classrooms are also dirty and smelly. There is no hostel available for students to live in. It's a government college in Jhansi and there is a small canteen available, but the food of canteen is bad, students can fall sick.

Faculty: Teachers are average, so students learn on their own. There is no proper education in this college, worse college of my life. Exams are easy to pass because teachers give good marks and this college is for those who are weak in studies but not for me.

Placements: Approximately 48% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was 3 Lacs, average package was 1 Lacs and the lowest was 30,000. SRI DATIA was the top Recruiting company for my course. 48 percent of students got internship from my course in companies like SRI DATIA etc.

Infrastructure: All types of facilities and infrastructure were available like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, restrooms etc. For my course. The quality of the facilities in your hostel was good, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen was also good.

Faculty: Yes, the teacher were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable as well. The teacher quality was good. Yes the course was relevant. Yes it make the student industry ready. The semester exams in the college were little difficult. The pass percentage was 82.

I like our college because of its methods of studies and placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are around 30%-40% out of which some students go to good companies and some new startups. The highest salary package offered in our college is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has fans in the classrooms with very good furniture and safe classrooms. The college building is earthquake resistant, and the hostel food is very clean and sanitary. It is very tasty and healthy food is provided in our college hostel so that the student does not face any problem.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very smart and knowledgeable. They clear the doubts of the students very well and guide us. All the students studying this subject are doing jobs. We do not find semester exams more difficult because of the good teaching of teachers.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it, and I can help others too. The best thing I did from this course is that I organised myself.

According to me, BKD is an affordable college for everyone.

Placements: There are rare chances of placements. The lowest packages are offered. There are no top recruiting companies. 50% and above students got placed in different companies. HR and other roles are offered.

Infrastructure: There is an excellent infrastructure for my department, like labs, classrooms, library, and a good environment. The staff are well-behaved and very friendly. There is a canteen, but it is opened rarely, not daily. There is a cricket academy and NCC as well.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and intelligent. I am in my final year, and I feel very good. The teachers are very knowledgeable and friendly. This makes students industry-ready. If you are well prepared, you can easily crack the exams, and the pass percentage is above 45%.

Other: I am interested in art subjects, so I chose it. No improvement is required in my course. Social events are held.

I am partially satisfied with college and education but dissatisfied with other facilities.

Placements: In our course, there are a major proportion of students who want to do jobs in the government sector. They will get success in it, but about the private sector, the performance of our college is not that impressive because on our campus there are courses like BA, B.Com, BA LL.B, Etc. Most of the private sector companies don't want employees who are passed-out from these courses. Rather they want technical or management stream students.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is installed in our college, but it is not in a working condition. The ambience is quite simple. There are 2 floors of our college with a quite decent playground for us and an auditorium. There is also a canteen in our college, but I have not seen it open yet. Washrooms condition is also very poor, and the drinking water area is quite dirty. Nowadays some portion of our college is under construction, so because of that, we face a lot of dirt and dust in our classrooms.

Faculty: In our college, especially in our course, faculty members are quite decent, very cooperative and highly qualified. Most of the teachers are PhD holders, but on the other hand, some teachers are quite lazy in their work. They cannot attend classes regularly. Overall, there is a balanced experience in our college.

Other: I have chosen bachelor of arts BA Honors with subjects like history, geography and political science because I want to make my career in the government sector, so these subjects are quite helpful in order to prepare for my studies for government entrance exams. Events or any extracurricular activities are not performed in our college. I will get a scholarship from the state government but not from our college.
