    The UGC permits students to pursue two degrees simultaneously, which applies to regular and distance education modes. Even if the university allows it, carefully evaluate the workload of each programme you want to pursue. Pursuing and managing multiple online courses can be demanding, so ensure you can manage the study time and workload effectively.

    Q:   What are the eligibility criteria for enrolling in Andhra University's distance learning programs?
    A: 

    The eligibility criteria vary depending on the course. 

    • Undergraduate Programs: 10+2 (Higher Secondary School Certificate) examination or an equivalent qualification.

    • Postgraduate Programs: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised university is mandatory for enrolling in Postgraduate programs.

    Some programs have additional eligibility requirements beyond the minimum qualification, as follows - 

    Online MBA Degree - Any bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of Candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination .

    Online MCA Degree - BCA / Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering Or B.Sc. / B.Com / BA with mathematics at 10+2 level ot at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying exam.

    Applying for admission to Andhra University's online courses is a straightforward online process. Here's a breakdown of the steps:

    • Visit the Andhra University SDE Education portal (onlineausde.andhrauniversity.edu.in)

    • Click the "Online Registration Portal" section on the website to begin the application process.

    • You will be directed to an online application form. Please fill out the form carefully with all the required details, such as your personal information, academic qualifications, and programme selection.

    • You can pay the registration fee of ?500 through the online payment gateway available on the portal. Note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

    • Upload scanned copies of mandatory documents.  

    • The university will verify your submitted documents.

    • Upon successful document verification, you'll receive notification of your admission approval.

    • Once approved, pay the complete programme fee through the online payment gateway.
