Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, or CBIT, ranks among the very best engineering colleges in India. The institution, on account of its excellence in academics as well as placements, has secured the 151-200 ranks in engineering in the NIRF 2023 rankings.Within the private institutes of Telangana, CBIT usually finds a place in the top 5, mainly due to its 40 + years of goodwill, NAAC accreditation at A+, and consistent performance. It ranks well among regional institutes but pales in comparison with IITs and NITs. The positioning thus obtained is due to infrastructure, faculty, and industry links. Hence it becomes the first choice in Hyderabad.
